Purpose:Based on a retrospective analysis of the electronic medical records of inpatients with psoriasis in the dermatology department of the Liao Ning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the general clinical characteristics,inducing and exacerbating factors of psoriasis inpatients,and the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine were summarized and summarized.The standard treatment of psoriasis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine provides clinical evidence.Material and method:A retrospective study of the medical records of inpatients with psoriasis treated in the dermatology department of the affiliated hospital of Liao Ning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2019.Performance,concomitant diseases,TCM syndrome differentiation,and TCM treatment,etc.,EXCEL was used to establish a database of psoriasis patients and SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the data.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.General information: A total of 276 patients were studied,with a gender ratio of 1.8: 1.The majority of patients were middle-aged and elderly.Season of onset: Four seasons,no significant difference between spring and summer and autumn and winter.2.Condition information: There were 100 cases with clear predisposing factors,accounting for36.23%.Among them,exacerbation of cold-induced illness was the main factor that could be identified.89 patients had previous basic diseases(32.24%),and most of them were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,fatty liver and other diseases.Family history: 14 patients had a family genetic history of psoriasis.56 patients had a history of smoking,accounting for 29.02% of the total number of cases;22 patients had a history of drinking,accounting for 11.04% of the total number of cases;15 patients had a history of drinking and smoking,accounting for the total number of cases of 7.94%.Extremities and trunk are the main sites.3.TCM Syndrome Type: The most significant are the evidence of blood heat(87.11%),followed by the syndrome of dampness(14.13%),and fire poisoning(9.06%).4.Diagnosis: Psoriasis vulgaris is the most common(76.09%),followed by erythrodermic psoriasis(7.61%),pustular psoriasis(7.25%);joint psoriasis and palmoplantar pustules The number of cases is small,and some patients have two diagnosis of psoriasis.5.Treatment: Traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods are mainly oral decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral and traditional Chinese medicine extract injection,homemade lotions and plasters for external use in the hospital;Western medicine treatment is mainly for improving immunity,regulating metabolism and symptomatic treatment,external use Glucocorticoids and other drugs,the use of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy,the efficiency reached 97.46%.Conclusion:1.The proportion of male patients is slightly higher than that of female patients,and there is no significant difference between male and female patients with or without family history of psoriasis.The age composition of patients is mainly middle-aged and elderly,and the history of medical diseases is mainly hypertension and diabetes.The cause is mostly unknown.2.TCM syndrome types of psoriasis are mainly based on blood heat syndrome,Western medicine diagnosis is mainly psoriasis vulgaris;patients with repeated admissions may have different diagnoses each time they are admitted.3.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine includes oral medicine,intravenous injection,combination of topical medicine(solution + ointment),and adjuvant therapy.The results are ideal.
