| Purpose of the study: This study collected Chinese journals from January 1,2000 to October 1,2019,using China How Net,Wanfang,and Weipu database to search for Chinese medicine for the treatment of type 2 diabetes that is not alcoholic fatty liver.The relevant literature and data,using data mining related methods,statistics on the drugs in the literature,exploring the law of traditional Chinese medicine for treating this disease in the past 20 years,and providing a more reliable basis for the contemporary clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Research methods: Collected from January 1,2000 to October 1,2019,Chinese journals full-text database of literature on Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the effective prescriptions were sorted out,a database was established using Microsoft Excle software,and a cluster analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.In all effective prescriptions,a single Chinese herbal medicine is used as a variable,and the effective medicine is assigned a value of 1 if it is not present,and the effective medicine is assigned a value of 0.The frequency of occurrence of each Chinese medicine was counted,and drugs with a frequency of ?15 times were included in the SPSS 22.0 statistical software.The drugs involved in the same cluster were analyzed from the perspective of the medicinal properties,medicinal flavor,and meridian of Chinese herbs.Research results: In this study,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 122 documents were selected that met the criteria.There were 162 flavors of TCM in the literature,with a total frequency of 1,233.Among them,there are 21 flavors of drugs that appear more than 20 times.As the core drug for treating this disease,the cumulative frequency is 655 times,accounting for 53.12% of the total frequency.According to the drug's medicinal properties,taste,classification and frequency of meridian,it is concluded that cold medicine is the most frequent occurrence of medicinal properties,and sweet flavor medicine is the most frequent occurrence of medicinal tastes.In terms of drug classification,the mostfrequent is tonic medicine.,The cumulative frequency of 317 times,accounting for 25.7% of the total frequency,and tonic drugs appear to be the most frequent qi drugs;drugs into the meridian into the liver medicinal drugs appear most frequently.Systematic clustering was performed for 28 drugs with frequency of occurrence ?15 times,and five groups of clustering results were obtained.In conclusion:1.The core drugs for treating T2DM and NAFLD are: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Hawthorn,Astragalus,Poria and other drugs,among which Salvia miltiorrhiza is the most frequently used drug.2.In the treatment of T2DM and NAFLD,cold medicine is the main medicine,sweet medicine is the main medicine and liver meridian is the main meridian of medicine.3.In the classification of T2DM and NAFLD drugs,the tonic drugs are mainly used,and the qi tonic drugs are the most frequent in the classification of tonic drugs.4.Through systematic cluster analysis,a total of five groups of common drug groups for the treatment of T2DM and NAFLD were obtained,and the principle of formulating each group of drugs was analyzed,which is exactly the pathogenesis of the disease. |
