BackgroundNon-alcoholic fatty liver and diabetes have a very close relation, both are the human endocrine and metabolic diseases, both available separately or in combination of insulin resistance, and in the generation, development and outcome of disease are closely linked. The liver is the key organ in type2diabetes insulin resistance, insulin resistance can weaken the metabolic disorders of insulin on the regulation of fat metabolism, leading to the occurrence of fatty liver. Type2diabetes associated with fatty liver, there is increased body mass index, insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorders. At present, insulin resistance m especially liver-derived insulin resistance is also considered the incidence of NAFLD key factor. With the social and economic development and improvement of living standards, improper diet, social pressure, lifestyle changes, the incidence of diabetes is increasing world wide.ObjectiveThe main subject of this article is to summarized the relationship between type2diabetic patients with non-alcoholi c fatty liver related to TCM syndrome and its incidence and system for chinese medicine treatment and prevention of type2diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver provide a theoretical basis and clinics ideas.MethodFrom Da De Road general hospital department of endocrinology collect100cases of type2diabetic mellitus with non-alcoholic fatty livers patients diagnostic and physical information from March2010to April2012. Refer to the relevant TCM syndromes observation table of diagnostic criteria and methods to develop disease and fill out a research form, type2diabetic patients with non alcoholic fatty liver patient’s symptoms and basic information for statistical analysis, the preliminary exploration in type2diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver in traditional chinese medicine syndrome and physical distribution.ResultSyndrome analysis conditions:Qi and Yin deficiency, phlegm and stasis (32%), spleen deficiency syndrome (28%), blood stasis (19%), spleen wet storm (17%).Physique analysis condition:Yin deficiency (44%), gentleness (28%), Qi deficiency (24%), phlegm (3%), Yang and quality (1%), damp-heat (0%), Qi Yu quality (0%), blood stasis quality (0%), special intrinsic quality (0%). The physical studies of physical deficiency tendency to physical deficiency (29.54%), physical deficiency tend to Yin Deficiency (17.04%), the initial exploration was informed that the constitution of the type2diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver is more common found in Qi and Yin deficiency. Patients in the peaceful constitution based on the tendency to yin deficiency (9.09%), tendency to Qi deficiency (6.81%), tendency to phlegm (5.68%).Conclusion1.Type2diabetic mellitus associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease mean symptoms have dry mouth, fatigue, body fat,blurred vision, insomnia.2.Type2diabetic mellitus associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver tire summarized into four types:Qi and Yin deficiency, Internal phlegm resistancem, Blood stasis context, Yin and Yang deficiency, Wet spleen.3. From physique, the study found that the physical deficiency tend to patients with physical deficiency are more likely to occur to type2diabetic with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.4. Through research and analysis, found that physical fitness and disease has a great influence to each other, indicating that the disease can make physique change and the physique also enables the generation of disease.
