A Retrospective Analysis Of The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Complicated With Hypertension By "Yiqi Tongbi, Pinggan Jiangni" Method

Purpose: Through retrospective analysis,to evaluate the clinical effect of "Yiqi Tongbi,Pinggan Jiangni" in the treatment of angina pectoris with hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis combined with hyperactivity of liver Yang),and to summarize the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of this disease.Materials and methods: From January 2018 to December 2019,94 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis combined with hyperactivity of liver yang)were collected in the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhang Mingxue,affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The method of “Replenishing qi and dredging obstruction,calming the liver and reducing the adverse reaction” was used with Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Jianling decoction.The clinical data of symptoms,tongue vein,blood pressure and electrocardiogram before and after intervention were collected and summarized into excel tables.SPSS 20 software was used to analyze the changes and curative effect of symptoms,tongue vein,syndrome score,blood pressure and electrocardiogram and before and after treatment.Result:1.Curative effect of TCM Syndrome: After treatment,the symptoms of chest pain,chest distress,dizziness,headache,shortness of breath,palpitation,fatigue and weakness,lumbago and knee weakness,irritability,red face,dry mouth and bitter mouth,tinnitus,constipation,tongue,tongue coating and pulse were significantly improved(P?0.05).Among them,17 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 18.09%;69 cases were effective,accounting for 73.40%;8 cases were ineffective,accounting for 8.51%;The total effective rate of TCM syndrome effect was 91.49%.2.Blood pressure effect: The mean systolic blood pressure before treatment was(151.44±11.654)mm Hg and(135.48±11.122)mm Hg after treatment;the mean diastolic blood pressure before treatment was(91.12±10.855)mm Hg and(81.76±8.089)mm Hg after treatment.After treatment,blood pressure has improved significantly(P=0.00,P ? 0.05).Of these,23 were markedly effective,accounting for 24.47%;59 were effective,accounting for62.77%;and 12 were ineffective,accounting for 12.76%.The total effective rate of blood pressure was 87.24%.3.Electrocardiogram effect: 15 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 15.96%;63cases were effective,accounting for 67.02%;16 cases were ineffective,accounting for17.02%.The total effective rate of ECG was 82.98%.Conclusion:1.Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Jianling decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris and hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis combined with hyperactivity of liver Yang),and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The method of "Yiqi Tongbi,Pinggan Jiangni" can effectively improve the blood pressure level and ECG of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and hypertension(syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis combined with hyperactivity of liver Yang).
