Preliminary Study On Standardized Terminology Of Common TCM Syndromes Of Pulmonary Collateral Disease

Research purpose and significance: Based on the principle of standardized research,using the methods of literature research and expert consultation research,we preliminarily standardized the common TCM syndrome terms of lung collateral disease,provided reference and foundation for the research of diagnosis standard,syndrome differentiation system of lung collateral disease and the formation of TCM syndrome terms standardization,promoted the foundation and clinical research related to the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases based on the theory of lung collateral disease,and improved the theory of lung collateral disease Research system.Research methods: This study is divided into two parts: the first part is literature research,through literature search and collection of relevant literature on the study of lung collateral disease,the syndrome name,symptoms,signs,disease location,disease nature,tongue image,pulse,pathogenesis,treatment and other information are entered into Excel database;and refer to the authoritative data of traditional Chinese medicine,the collected symptoms and syndrome names of lung collateral disease are summarized and sorted out according to the TCM authoritative data The standardization principle of Chinese medicine terminology is defined,and the common Chinese medicine syndrome terminology of lung collateral disease is preliminarily defined.In the second part,Delphi expert questionnaire was made,and Delphi experts were consulted for two rounds of TCM syndrome terminology of lung collateral disease.According to the experts' suggestions,Delphi experts were added,deleted and modified to preliminarily form the first draft of TCM syndrome terminology of common lung collateral disease.Results:1.Based on the statistics of literature data,14 syndromes of lung collateral disease were initially included,including syndrome of summer-heat damaging lung collaterals,syndromeof stasis obstructing lung collaterals,syndrome of lung collateral depression and stagnation,syndrome of collateral deficiency,syndrome of phlegm obstructing lung collaterals,syndrome of phlegm and stasis obstructing collaterals,syndrome of heat damaging lung collaterals,syndrome of heat toxin stagnating collaterals,syndrome of lung deficiency and collateral stasis,syndrome of lung collateral injury,syndrome of respiratory-tract flexion and spasm,syndrome of stagnant collateral accumulation,syndrome of wind attack on lung collateral and syndrome of pathogenic stagnation of lung collateral.2.According to the research results of the standardization of TCM syndrome terms of lung collateral disease based on Delphi questionnaire,the positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of results is 100.00%;the maximum value of expert authority coefficient is 1,the minimum value is 0.6,the average value is 0.829,which is obviously greater than 0.70.The degree of expert opinion concentration and expert opinion coordination: in the first round,the average number of item 13 is 2.85,the full score frequency is 0,and the coefficient of variation is 0.30;the average number of item 14 is 3.05,the full score frequency is 0.05,and the coefficient of variation is 0.32;based on all the results,item 13 and item 14 do not meet the set conditions of Delphi survey,so they are eliminated.The other items were investigated in the second round of questionnaire;the maximum average number of items in the second round was 4.45,the minimum was 3.65,the maximum coefficient of variation was 0.20,the minimum was 0.12,the minimum Full Score frequency was 55%,and the minimum Full Score frequency was 15%.All of the above items meet the set conditions of Delphi investigation,so they are reserved.Research conclusion: Through literature research and two rounds of questionnaires,according to the expert authority degree coefficient,the degree of opinion concentration,the degree of opinion coordination index,the expert feedback suggests that the syndrome of summer-heat damaging lung collaterals,syndrome of stasis obstructing lung collaterals,syndrome of lung collateral depression and stagnation,syndrome of collateral deficiency,syndrome of phlegm obstructing lung collaterals,syndrome of phlegm and stasis obstructingcollaterals,syndrome of heat damaging lung collaterals,syndrome of heat toxin stagnating collaterals,syndrome of lung deficiency and collateral stasis,syndrome of lung collateral injury,syndrome of respiratory-tract flexion and spasm,syndrome of stagnant collateral accumulation can be preliminarily concluded 12 syndromes of lung collateral disease and their definitions.
