Research On The Standardization Of Packaging Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces In My Countr

Purpose:This dissertation takes the packaging of Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)tablets as the research content.Through field observation and statistical analysis of the packaging of TCM tablets in China and the issuance of questionnaires,the dissertation unearths the problems of the packaging of TCM tablets in China and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations according to the problems found.These recommendations and suggestions play an important role in further standardizing and improving the packaging of TCM tablets,strengthening the quality management of TCM tablets,ensuring the efficacy of TCM tablets and the safety of rational drug use,and realizing the traceability of TCM tablets.At the same time,drug regulatory authorities can make use of the opportunity of Chinese medicine beverage tablet packaging regulation to provide big data support for the supervision and management of Chinese medicine beverage tablet data in China.Methods:This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire method,observation method and statistical analysis method as the main research methods to review,collect and collate information from relevant fields through literature research method.The packaging of 393 types of conventional TCM tablets,120 types of small-packaged TCM tablets and 452 types of TCM granules were summarized through observation method.Questionnaires were distributed to staff involved in the whole process in the field of production,operation and use of TCM tablets through questionnaires.175 questionnaires collected were analyzed for validity and reliability by SPSS software,and the results of the questionnaires were statistically analyzed by ANOVA and multiple linear regression methods.Results:From the results of the on-site research and the analysis of the 175 questionnaires issued,it can be found that there are more aspects of China’s Chinese medicine tablet packaging for improvement,Chinese medicine tablet packaging industry related regulations and technical standards are backward;Chinese medicine tablet packaging information technology is not high;Chinese medicine tablet packaging materials are single,simple and rough;toxic Chinese medicine tablet packaging logo is not obvious,in addition,there are also Chinese medicine granules packaging dose single,not flexible medication and small packaging Chinese medicine tablet packaging high cost,not environmentally friendly and other issues..Conclusion:In response to the issues raised,the author suggests that regulating the packaging of TCM beverages can be done from the following aspects: improving the legal system and unifying the quality standards for packaging of beverages;promoting the construction of a traceability system for packaging of TCM beverages;improving the packaging technology of TCM beverages and strengthening the compatibility of packaging materials with TCM beverages;strictly regulating the packaging of toxic TCM beverages and strengthening publicity.The Chinese medicine granule packaging and small packaging of Chinese medicine tablets also made corresponding suggestions: namely,to innovate the packaging specifications of Chinese medicine granules,to enhance the capacity of independent innovation,and to adopt environmentally friendly materials for small packaging of Chinese medicine tablets,so that they can become the "noble" of Chinese medicine tablets.
