Summary Of Experience In Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia By Tongjiang Method And Research On The Law Of Syndrome And Treatment In Literature

Purose: To conclude mentor's operating experience of functional dyspepsia treatment through pass down method,and to study the syndrome differentiation and regular use of medicine of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the disease via reference research.Materials and methods: Effective clinical cases were collected to make conclusions on the experience of pass down method for functional dyspepsia treatment;related references of functional dyspepsia treatment in recent ten years were collected to make syndrome differentiation and medicine category,and to analyze frequency of the usage of each medicine;SPSS Modeler 14.4 software operating database and Apriori algorithm were used to make association analysis on TCM in search of core pharmaceutical compositions;R-type cluster analysis was made on effects and functions of TCM.Results: 1.The key pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia is unfavorable middle-jiao qi function and stomach qi stasis.Based on physiological and pathological features,efficient pass down method for functional dyspepsia was confirmed.2.27 syndromes of TCM were shown in references,and major syndromes include liver-stomach disharmony,spleen-stomach weakness,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,liver qi stagnation and mixed cold and heat;15 categories of TCM in use were classified according to functions and effects,mainly include deficiency tonifing medicine and digestant medicine;98 kinds of TCM were used among which liquorice,pericarpium citri reticulatae,pinellia ternate,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,fructus aurantii,dangshen,tuckahoe and radix aucklandiae are frequently used;association analysis of medicine were made which resulted in 64 kinds of pharmaceutical compositions and 12 core pharmaceutical compositions;cluster analysis on functions and effects of the medicine were made and resulted in 6 types.Conclusion:According to mentors' clinical experience and results of reference research,key pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia is unfavorable middle-jiao qi function and stomach qi stasis and the major treatment of this disease is pass down method.
