Purpose:To study the classification of insomnia based on Syndrome differentiation of six meridians and analysis professor Yu Rui's clinical prescription law of Insomnia based on the theory of six meridians syndrome differentiation Material and method:In this study,208 cases of insomnia patients who went to Professor Yu Rui's clinic from 2017 to 2019 were collected.Investigating the general data, such as gender, age, main and secondary symptoms of insomnia, four diagnostic information, including tongue vein, etc. Then the symptoms and four diagnosis information are filled into the designed questionnaire of syndrome differentiation information of six meridians, and all medical records are classified according to syndrome differentiation of six meridians. Then summarize all the collected outpatient data and establish EXCEL database.Statistical software spss20.0 was used to analyze and process the outpatient data.Descriptive statistical analysis was made on the collected general data, main symptoms, concurrent symptoms and four diagnosis information. The non parametric single sample Kolmogorov Smirnov test was used to detect whether the syndrome differentiation of six meridians were normal distribution, and then the single sample t test was used to detect whether there was significant difference in the distribution.Chi square test was used to analyze whether there were differences in the six meridians syndrome differentiation and classification of insomnia patients, and finally the distribution law of six meridians syndrome differentiation and classification of insomnia was separated.Results:1.There are 208 cases of insomnia in this study. In terms of gender, there are 51 male patients,157 female patients,25% male patients,75% female patients. The proportion of female patients is significantly higher than that of male patients. In terms of age,the proportion of middle-aged people was the highest(66%),followed by young people(22%),old people(10%)and teenagers(2%).And the proportion of women with insomnia aged 46-55 was higher than that of other age groups(83%).2.The most common symptom of insomnia was difficulty in falling asleep, accounting for 45.19%,followed by easy awakening(39.90%),and more dreams(25.48%).The most common symptoms were dry mouth and bitter mouth(49.04%),followed by loose stool(34.62%)and fatigue(25.48%).3.In terms of tongue veins,208 patients had 11 kinds of tongue images,8 kinds of tongue coating, and 20 kinds of pulse.Among the tongue mass distribution,45 cases(21.63%)with tongue edge tooth marks were noted.Among the 8 kinds of coating on the tongue, there were 3 kinds of coating on the tongue with a frequency of more than 10%,among which 94 cases were thin white coating, accounting for 45.19%,40 cases were thin yellow coating, accounting for 19.23%,and 29 cases were white coating, accounting for 13.94%.Among the 20 pulse distributions, the frequency of chord pulse was significantly higher than that of other pulse, with 112 cases appearing, accounting for 53.85%.If the pulse pulse containing chord pulse, such as sinusoidal pulse and chord vein, was added,164 cases appeared, accounting for78.84%.4.There are 21 syndrome differentiation and classification results of six meridians in208 patients with insomnia, including six types of single meridians,11 types of two syndromes, and four types of three syndromes. There are 89 cases of single meridians, accounting for 42.79%,106 cases of two syndromes, accounting for50.96%,13 cases of three syndromes, accounting for 6.25%,and the proportion of two syndromes is the highest.5.Among 89 cases of insomnia with syndrome differentiation of single channel disease,Shaoyang and Shaoyin meridians accounted for the most,35.96% and30.34% respectively, followed by Taiyin,Taiyang,Yangming, and Jueyin meridians,12.36%,10.11%,6.74% and 4.49% respectively. If all the six meridians were disassembled,Shaoyang meridians and Shaoyin meridians accounted for the most,38.53% and 23.53% respectively.6.There are two kinds of insomnia patients who are more than 20% of the 106 cases, which are Shaoyang Taiyin combined disease(32.08%)and Shaoyang Shaoyin combined disease(25.47%),followed by Shaoyang Yangming combined disease(14.15%),and the others are less than 10%.Conclusion:1.The patients with insomnia have obvious gender tendency. The prevalence offemale patients is significantly higher than that of male patients, and menopausal women are more susceptible. In terms of age distribution, the prevalence rate of middle-aged people was significantly higher than that of other age stages.2.In the six meridians syndrome types of insomnia, the proportion of two syndromes is the most, slightly higher than that of single meridians, and the three syndromes are rare.3.No matter single meridian disease or multiple meridians disease, the proportion of Shaoyang meridians is the highest,so insomnia can be treated from Shaoyang, but both Taiyin and Shaoyin meridians should be considered.4.The data shows that bupleurum decoction is a common prescription for insomnia in clinical practice, among which Xiaochaihu decoction is the most commonly used.
