Discussion On Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rules Of Insomnia In Tumor Patients

Purpose:To discuss and summarize the characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes of insomnia in tumor patients,and to explore the frequency and law of the use of Chinese herbal decoction pieces for treating insomnia in tumor patients.Material and method:Using retrospective analysis method,in November 2018 to November 2019 in Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital affiliated hospital oncology patients with malignant tumor patients with insomnia as the research object,the general information and patient information collected by way of questionnaire survey,including gender,age,hospitalization,sleep,clinical symptoms,tongue veins,etc.Calculated by Microsoft Excel 2010 software and SPSS 22.0 statistics software.The sleep quality and life quality of the patients were graded,and the distribution of syndrome types and the characteristics of syndrome elements were analyzed.Through the statistics of prescription drug frequency,explore the characteristics and laws of traditional Chinese medicine drug use.Results:1.There were 6 syndrome types in 124 patients with tumor insomnia,which were "syndrome of liver qi stagnation","syndrome of liver yu hua huo","syndrome of phlegm heat disturbing heart","syndrome of deficiency of heart qi","syndrome of insufficient heart Yin" and "syndrome of insufficient heart Yang".The syndrome of liver depression and fire is slightly higher than other syndrome types.The location of the disease was found to be in the heart and liver.The disease syndromes are mainly distributed in qi stagnation,heat,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,followed by phlegm and Yang deficiency.2.Among the 124 patients with tumor insomnia,there were 98 patients receiving oral Chinese medicine treatment,and 233 pieces of Chinese medicine were used for 2,481 times.After cluster analysis,the TCM decoction pieces were divided into seven categories: tonifying qi,nourishing Yin,helping heart Yang,soothing liver,clearing heart and relieving liver,resolving phlegm and calming nerves.Tonifying qi,nourishing Yin,and helping xinyang belong to fuzheng treatment,while soothing liver,clearing the heart and clearing the liver,and resolving phlegm belong to dispelling evil,while tranquilizing the mind belongs to symptomatic treatment.Less commonly used as four gentlemen tonga,Yin singer bushing is commonly used to add and subtract,Dan diseases with commonly used depression in radix bupleuri scattered or four inverse adjustment,liver heat and the person that weigh commonly used radix scutellariae,selfheal,rhizoma coptidis,cortex moutan,gardenia with pure heart heat,sun be the spirit deficiencies oyster soup guizhi licorice keel,reduction used what Yang to four inverse tonga,sputum sheng commonly used two Chen Shang and fritillaria snakegourd fruit powder with phlegm and eliminating phlegm.Conclusion:This disease is located in the heart and liver,the main syndrome type is the liver depression and fire syndrome,the main disease syndrome elements are qi stagnation,heat,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,followed by phlegm,Yang deficiency.When using drugs based on syndrome differentiation for insomnia patients with tumor,they should first distinguish the deficiency from the solid,pay attention to the syndrome and syndrome,and take the three aspects of the treatment as fuzheng,dispelling evil and tranquilizing god.The drugs based on syndrome differentiation are mainly used,and tranquilizing drugs are often added to enhance the effect of tranquilizing god.
