Purpose: To analyse the state of five movements and six climates in patients with Chest Bi-Syndrome in the Year of Wu Xu.Then using related analysis results to explore Professor Zhang Mingxue's experience in treating Chest Bi-Syndrome with the theory of " pathogenic toxin." Material and method:To collect information on the date of birth and the date of onset of patients with Stable angina pectoris who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the lunar Year of Wu Xu.Establish an excel database for relevant information and mark the distribution of Dayun,Sitian,Zaiquan,Zhu QI,Ke Qi and distribution of Five Elements in the birth and onset of each patient.Descriptive statistical analysis of the number of cases in the year of Wuxu.Referring to the descriptive statistical analysis results, the multi-layer perceptron neural network was used to study the distribution of the five elements at the time of onset and at birth of the patient. Then using related analysis results to explore Professor Zhang Mingxue's experience in treating Chest Bi-Syndrome with the theory of " pathogenic toxin." Results:A total of 300 patients with Stable angina pectoris were collected.Descriptive statistical analysis shows that the number of cases in the Year of the Wuxu in Chuzhiqi and Erzhiqi is much smaller than the annual level.High-incidence period's patient's Qi is more prosperous during the time of birth and onset. The results of machine learning showed that the wood properties of the Stable angina pectoris in the Wuxu year were more obvious.Patients with high incidence have more water properties at birth. Conclusion:Most patients with the onset of Chest Bi – Syndrome during Wuxu year have the physique of congenital Yang excess.Wood excess has close relationship with pathogenic heat toxin.Treating Chest Bi-Syndrome based on wood including the theory of pectoral qi collapse by using Cimicifuga foetida,Bupleurum and Balloonflower to descending Qi by ascending it.To treat wood and earth together and clear the stagnated heat of dry earth with rhubarb and Clear toxic heat with knotweed.Using Great burdock achene,Pinellia ternata,Trichosanthes and Allium macrostemon Bunge to supporting metal to suppress wood.Clear the toxin by using Ginseng,Astragalus,Cyperus rotundus L,Curcuma Longa to regulate Qi.These methods can treat Chest Bi – Syndrome cased by pathogenic toxin.
