Professor Chen Yiguo Discusses The Mechanism And Clinical Efficacy Of Tinnitus From The Spleen And Stomach

Objective: The purpose of this study is to summarize the mechanism of Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of tinnitus from the spleen and stomach,and to conclude a set of safe and efficient TCM diagnosis and treatment methods,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of this disease and give full play to the unique advantages of TCM treatment.The Tinnitus Evaluation Scale(TEQ)for the treatment of tinnitus in patients with spleen and stomach theory to explore the clinical efficacy of Professor Chen in treating tinnitus from the theory of spleen and stomach.Method:1.By consulting the ancient books and combining with Professor Chen's academic thoughts and clinical experience,the rationality of treating tinnitus from the spleen and stomach is concluded.2.By collecting,sorting out and analyzing cases,summarize Professor Chen Yiguo's methods of treating tinnitus from the spleen and stomach,the principles of medication and the rules of acupoint selection.3.Select typical clinical cases for specific analysis.4.Through the outpatient cases and the questionnaire survey of tinnitus patients treated by Professor Chen Yiguo(2017.09-2019.09),randomly selected 30 cases of tinnitus patients treated by Professor Chen from the spleen and stomach for statistical analysis to observe its clinical efficacy.Results:1.Professor Chen Yiguo believes that as the pace of life accelerates,staying up late and eating irregularities have become the norm for more and more people,and tinnitus is caused by spleen and stomach disorders.The spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood metaplasia.If the spleen and stomach are inconsistent,the qi and blood metaplasia is insufficient,and Qingyang does not rise,it will lead to ear loss support and dysfunction,and then develop tinnitus,which proves the necessity of treating tinnitus from the spleen andstomach.2.Professor Chen's treatment of tinnitus is based on strengthening the spleen and clearing as the rule,and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Yiqi clever decoction is used as the basis.Acupuncture is used to take Tianshu,Jianli,Tinghui,Tinggong,and Yifeng as the main points.Combined with clinical efficacy.3.Professor Chen Yiguo treats tinnitus from the spleen and stomach,and the effective rate after treatment is 86.67%;the total TEQ score of tinnitus patients after treatment is compared with that before treatment,P <0.01,the effect is different;the environment of tinnitus,the effect of tinnitus on work and emotion,tinnitus The overall feeling of the patients was significantly improved after treatment,and the effect was different after treatment compared with P <0.01.The effect of tinnitus duration and tinnitus on sleep was also significantly improved.After treatment,P <0.05 was compared with the effect before treatment.difference.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Yiguo applied acupuncture and medicine to treat tinnitus from the viewpoint of spleen and stomach.The clinical effect is very good.This theoretical method provides valuable experience for the treatment of tinnitus.2.Treating tinnitus from the spleen and stomach can effectively improve symptoms and prove that this study is effective.3.Treating tinnitus from the spleen and stomach can effectively reduce the symptoms of tinnitus and improve the quality of life of patients.
