Clinical Experience Of Chinese Medicine Master Wu Bingcai Using Dongyuan Summerheat-clearing Qi-replenishing Decoction

Objective:to study the Law of Professor Wu Bingcai’s application of Higashigaki Qingshu Yiqi decoction,and to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Wu Bingcai’s application of Higashigaki Qingshu Yiqi decoction.Methods:The medical records of Professor Wu Bingcai using Higashigaki Qingshu Yiqi decoction were collected and arranged,from September 2018 to January 2020,Professor Wu Bingcai of the Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was selected to make use of the medical records containing Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi decoction.The frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis were used to analyze the results,and the law and experience of Professor Wu’s application of Higashigaki Qingshu Yiqi decoction were summarized.Results:1.Professor Wu Bingcai used Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi decoction to treat sweating syndrome,consumptive disease,fatigued spirit and lack of strength,postpartum,body pain,insomnia,menstrual disorders,dizziness,fear of cold wind and other diseases.2.The age distribution ranged from 6 to 73 years old.3.In symptom analysis,the main symptom was fatigue spirit and lack of strength,and most of them were spleen-deficiency with loose stool,distension of stomach and poor appetite,sweating,dizziness and shortness of breath And Mouth Sticky,head body weight,dry mouth,upper body sweating,chest tightness,muscle soreness,and urine yellow,thirst,mouth bitter,pharynx red,easy to fire,hot sweat for heat syndrome.4.In drug analysis,in addition to the original prescription of Higashigaki Qingshu Yiqi decoction,it also includes the prescription of Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi decoction and its addition and subtraction.Ginger,Radix Astragali,Radix glycyrrhizae,Chinese date,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali and Radix Atractylodis macrocephalae were contained in the decoction for treating Feng Shui(dampness)and exterior deficiency,and Chinese date,Radix Jujuba,radix glycyrrhizae and Radix Tritici were contained in the decoction for treating dirty and impetuous Huangbai,Xianmao,Zhimu,Morinda Officinalis,Angelica and Xianlingpi are two Xian decoction for kidney-qi deficiency,chong-ren imbalance and yin-yang imbalance The ingredients include Xia,Poria,fructus AURANTII,Platycodon grandiflorum,pericarpium Citri reticulatae and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis for the treatment of spleen deficiency,Qi stagnation and phlegm;the ingredients include Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Angelica,Frankincense and Myrrh for the treatment of blood stasis;The HERBA SIEGESBECKIAE and Herba Herba siegesbeckiae were used to treat rheumatic arthralgia.The HERBA SIEGESBECKIAE and Herba siegesbeckiae were used to treat rheumatic arthralgia.The HERBA SIEGESBECKIAE and Ziziphi spinosae,Night Jiao Teng;the treatment of joint pain,Turmeric,Pittosporum;the treatment of blood moisture and Heat Forsythia,Red Bean;Treatment of Herba SIEGESBECKIAE and FRUCTUS VITEX.5.In the analysis of tongue and pulse condition,the main pulse condition is soggy pulse,the main tongue condition is red tongue,slimy yellow tongue fur coating and fat tender soft enlarged tongue body.Conclusion: 1: Professor Wu Bingcai thinks that although this prescription is called "summerheat-clearing qi boosting decoction",it is not only used in summer season,and it does not adhere to age and disease.weakness of spleen and stomach,deficiency of qi and yin,damp-heat brewing internally.2: The pathogenesis of Higashigaki’s decoction for clearing heat and replenishing Qi is due to fatigue of diet irregularities,dietary imbalance,spleen-stomach disharmony,impairment of spleen and stomach,damp-heat of complex feeling;the pathogenesis is weakness of spleen and stomach,injury of both Qi and Yin,dampness-heat inside;the disease position is mainly Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin,SP;the function is to benefit Qi and Nourish Yin,clear away heat and remove dampness.3: Clinical Differentiation of symptoms and signs mainly has the following four points: 1)Deficiency Syndrome: Complexion visible yellow,easy fatigue,limb tiredness,dizziness,shortness of breath,easy sweating.2)Heat Syndrome: bitter mouth,easily irritable,yellow urine,thirsty,easy to get angry.3)Dampness Syndrome: sweating mainly occurs in the upper part of the body,with sticky mouth or tasteless mouth,head and body weight,chest tightness,joint and muscle soreness,poor appetite,abdominal distension,turbid urine and more sparse stool.4): Red Tongue,yellow greasy coating,fat tongue body;pulse more see soft pulse.4: The commonly used formulas are: Fangji Huangqi Decoction,Ganmai Dazao decoction,Erxian decoction,Zhiju Erchen decoction,Siegesbeckian pill,huoluoxiaoling Lingdan,Yinqiao Mabo powder;the commonly used formulas are floating wheat and calcareous oyster;Eucommia Ulmoides and mistletoe;Semen Ziziphi spinosae and night vine;Turmeric and Pitaya Bark;Fructus Siegesbeckiae and Adzuki Bean;Herba siegesbeckiae and Fructus Viticis.5: Professor Wu Bingcai made good use of Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi decoction to treat various diseases,including mental disorders,nasal diseases,kidney diseases,spleen and stomach diseases,gynecological diseases,heart diseases,expanding the clinical application of this prescription,providing a clinical application prescription New ideas.
