Observation Of Huayu Qutan Granules Intervention On Platelet Function And Clinical Efficacy Of ACS Patients After PCI

Purpose: To observe the effects of Huayu Qutan Granules on platelet function(ADP,AA-induced platelet aggregation rate)and clinical efficacy of patients with acute coronary syndrome(phlegm,turbid blood stasis)and PCI.Materials and Methods: This study is a prospective,randomized,open label clinical study.120 patients with acute coronary syndrome(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 and underwent PCI were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group(conventional drugs+Huayu Qutan granules)and control group(conventional drugs).The control group was treated with conventional dual antiplatelet drugs,lipid-lowering drugs,? receptor blockers and other drugs.The treatment group was additionally treated with research drugs(Huayu Qutan granules)on the basis of conventional treatment for 30 days.The data(platelet function,Seattle angina pectoris scale,TCM syndrome score and cardiac ejection fraction)before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:1.baseline observation results: before treatment,the treatment group and the control group compared the general data(gender,age,height,weight,nationality,working nature,living environment),cardiovascular risk factors(body mass index,smoking history,hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes history,family history of cardiovascular diseases)and cardiovascular disease history(previous angina pectoris,previous myocardial infarction,previous PCI,previous CABG,history of heart failure,etc.),with no significant difference(p > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.platelet function comparison results: the platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP and AA in the two groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more than the control group.the difference between ADP groups was statistically significant(p <0.05),while the difference between aa groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).3.results of TCM syndrome score scale: the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased(P<0.05)compared with before,with statistical significance,while the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(p < 0.05),with statistical significance.4.SAQ results: the scores of 5 indexes of the two groups of patients were higher than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).PL,AS,AF,TS test group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between DP two groups,there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).5.cardiac ejection fraction: cardiac ejection fraction increased after treatment in the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Adding Huayu Qutan Granules on the basis of conventional drugs to treat patients with acute coronary syndrome with phlegm,turbidity and blood stasis after PCI has good curative effect and can improve platelet function.2.The addition of Huayu Qutan Granules on the basis of conventional drugs can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TCM and the stability of angina pectoris in patients with acute coronary syndrome with phlegm,turbidity and blood stasis.
