ObjectivesIn this study, through literature and retrospective study of clinical cases to explore the effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility. Part Ⅰ:Through analysis of the past eight years in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility by TCM clinical research literature, evaluate the quality of literature, explore TCM treatment programs and medication rules, for the future treatment of ovulation disorder infertility and the clinical medication to provide valuable ideas and presciptions; Part Ⅱ:Through the observation of clinical cases, to explore TCM treatment of ovulation disorder infertility validity, analysis of the therapeutic effect of TCM treatment of different diseases in the WHO Ⅱ anovulation, provide meaningful clinical evidence for further design of a prospective clinical study of TCM treatment of ovulation disorder infertility.Materials and methodology1. Literature research1.1Subjects of this studyovulation disorder infertility TCM clinical research literature published in2004-2011domestic medical journals.1.2Methodologies1.2.1Develop seareh strategies:Electronic retrieval2004to2011years of Chinese journal full-text database, VIP technology periodical database, CBM; Manual retrieval electronic database is missing and the journal published material.1.2.2Develop inclusion and exclusion criteria:The content of the article with ovulatory dysfunction infertility related clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine literature, Published in core journals, The number of cases of Chinese medicine treatment group≥25,≥60%efficacy, The main treatment for the Chinese traditional medicine taken orally, or combined with Western medicine treatment of Chinese Herbs, The selected basic prescription drug clear composition; Rule out the non-ovulatory dysfunction infertility literature, Case reports, literature review, animal experiment and pathology and other basic research literature.1.3Statistical analysisUse of Excel software, the data of frequency analysis.2. Clinical research2.1Subjects of this studyPatients meeting the inclusion criteria for ovulation disorder who went to the Guangdong Provincial Hospital gynecology, professor Yang Hongyan clinic for medical treatment with the main complaint of infertility treatment From January2010to December2011.2.2MethodologiesCollect cases, through the two groups of pregnancy after treatment, compare Western medicine chelating group and Chinese traditional medicine treatment group differences in efficacy; in order to further analyze of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in different diseases in the WHOⅡ anovulation, the efficacy of the treatment in the two groups is compared according to the stratified analysis of different diseases categories.2.3Statistical analysisAll the information collected in the study was set up as database by using SPSS13.On. Normal distributed data were processed by using independent sample t-test, while abnormal distributed data were compared by using rank sum test. The writer uses constituent ratio to describe the categorical data, test level a=0.05.Results and conclusionResearch conclusion:1. From the collected type of Chinese medicine clinical literature, Private prosecution for randomized controlled trials in the literature occupied a certain proportion, But after analysis of these literatures of clinical research quality is not high enough, lacking scientific rigor RCT study design.2. Regarding the rule of treatment programs, Single prescription of Chinese Medicine came first, Cycle therapy of Chinese Medicine came after, and then Syndrome Differentiation of Chinese Medicine; Therefore, Chinese medicine treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility treatment program is still has a big difference, needing for similar populations of rigorous scientific design, to compare the different scheme of treatment effect, and efficacy difference between single prescription, Syndrome Differentiation of Chinese Medicine and Cycle therapy of Chinese Medicine, to analyse different therapeutic schemes for different populations.3. Regarding the rule of the use of Chinese medicinal herbs, According to the inclusion of medication frequency analysis, Angelica、dodder seed、 cultivated land、Epimedium、medlar, these five kinds of Chinese herbal medicines commonly used in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility.in selection of herbs should be paid to the choice of warm、flat products, careful with cold、heat products, and to be the liver and kidney is preferred. In addition, although the literature has more prescription selection, but mostly belong to the individual clinical experience level, lacking a clear clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of clear and prescription recognized by clinicians. This field still needs a large sample of RCT research to screening for target clear and effective therapeutic drugs.Clinical conclusion:1.For anovulatory infertility patients, Western medicine ovulation pregnancy rate compared with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high, the difference was statistically significant. According to the different diseases in the WHOⅡanovulation stratified research shows, For PCOS patients, Western medicine ovulation pregnancy rate compared with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high, the difference was statistically significant; For sparse or absent ovulation patients, traditional Chinese medicine treatment pregnancy rate compared with Western medicine ovulation of high, the difference was statistically significant, Such results suggest that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of sparse or absent ovulation patients improve pregnancy has good effect.2. For embryo loss situation, Chinese medicine treatment group of27cases pregnancy patients, there were1cases with embryo loss, fetal loss rate was3.7%; Western medicine ovulation group of28cases pregnancy patients, there were4cases with embryo loss, fetal loss rate was14.3%, Such results suggest that traditional Chinese medicine may reduce embryo loss rate in a certain extent, but due to the number of cases observed less, still need further observation.3. In summary, Combined with the pregnancy rates and embryo loss rate, prompting the Chinese medicine may be of potential therapeutic advantages: For sparse or absent ovulation, traditional Chinese medicine has the potential to play the role of promoting ovulation and pregnancy, and for maintenance of pregnancy have a certain role.
