On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Pre-diabetes And Clinical Observation From Spleen Deficiency And Dampness

Purpose: This paper discusses the pre-diabetes from the perspective of spleen deficiency and dampness excess in traditional Chinese medicine,adopts traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen spleen and eliminate dampness,and carries out clinical observation and analysis of the results,so as to provide an effective scheme or direction for the treatment of pre-diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method: In this study,patients with pre-diabetes who have not undergone other treatments and have no other diseases are taken as the research objects,and patients who meet the research criteria are screened according to the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion.A total of 120 cases were included and randomly divided into 4 groups according to requirements,namely,life intervention group,western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group and combination group.Among them,only the life intervention group was given diet and exercise intervention,the western medicine group was given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets treatment,the Chinese medicine group was given the self-designed Chinese medicine spleen strengthening clearing damp drink for conditioning and treatment,and the combination group was given the two drugs at the same time.The clinical symptoms and signs as well as laboratory examination indexes of the four groups before and after treatment were observed,and the treatment results of each group were analyzed and compared to judge the advantages of each treatment method in terms of curative effect,safety and compliance,so as to find a more effective treatment scheme.Results:1.The comparison results of various laboratory observation indexes show that the combination group and the traditional Chinese medicine group are superior to the western medicine group and superior to the life intervention group.Besides the life intervention group,the comparison P values of the other three groups for various observation indexes before and after treatment are all less than 0.05.2.The evaluation of the Chinese medicine group on the treatment of various symptoms shows that the main symptoms and main concurrent symptoms are all markedly effective,such as abdominal distension and fullness,and even the symptoms basically disappear.The treatment effect of the combination group with the same application of Chinese medicine is basically the same as that of the Chinese medicine group.3.Safety evaluation could reach Grade 2,which was relatively safe.4.Comprehensive impact on various observation indicators,on the whole,the combination group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in the treatment of patients with pre-diabetes spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome,and is superior to the life intervention group,but the details can be said to have their respective advantages.Conclusion:1.Self-made Jianpi Qushi Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on symptoms of pre-diabetic patients with spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome.2.Self-made Jianpi Qushi Decoction can replace western medicine metformin to a certain extent in the treatment of pre-diabetic spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome.3.Life intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can strengthen the curative effect of treating pre-diabetes spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome.
