| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of jue Yin syndrome types of acne treat with tonification and purgation in combinationMethods:1.A total of 38 patients diagnosed acne vulgaris enrolled the study,treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with external use adapalene gels in 8 weeks.2.The same doctor evaluated facial comedo,papules,nodule and cyst of patients respectively every 2 weeks,and compared to the baseline.3.Record each patient clinic symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,by 0-3 standard evaluation and observation records of TCM symptoms such as spleen and stomach symptoms,such as sleep,fever,menstrual changes.4.All datas were processed by SPSS21.0,such as paired-samples t-test and Chi-square test,to compare effeacy.Results:1.31 patients completed the study.The non-inflammatory skin lesion treatment total effective rate 80.65%,inflammatory lesion total effective rate 87.10%,Chinese medicine symptom total effective rate was 83.87%.The total effective rates of non-inflammatory skin lesion and inflammatory skin lesion were3.23%、0%、54.84%、80.65% and 22.58%、35.48%、67.74%、87.10%,respectively at the 2th week,4th week,6th week and 8th week.The total effective rates of Chinese medicine symptom were 22.58%、41.94%、64.52%、83.87%,respectively at the 2th week,4th week,6th week and 8th week,as the extension of treatment cycle,efficiently improve step by step.Have Chi-Square test to the number of recovery,effectualness,improvement and inefficacy at different periods of non-inflammatory skin lesion,inflammatory lesion and Chinese medicine symptom(in order,χ2=76.52,χ2=59.69,χ2=29.53,P<0.05),the the difference was statistically significant.2.The non-inflammatory skin lesion of patients improved faster,and the number of inflammatory skin lesion improved relatively slow.3.The non-inflammatory skin lesion total score drop from 44.68±19.62 to 16.96±11.33,significantly lower(P<0.05).The inflammatory skin lesion total score drop from 14.52±6.40 to 4.62±4.38,significantly lower(P<0.05).TCM symptoms total score drop from 10.09±5.53 to 3.12±3.72,significantly lower(P<0.05).TCM symptoms total score drop from 10.09±5.53 to 3.12±3.72,significantly lower(P<0.05).29 patients with symptoms of spleen and stomach before treatment,after treatment decreased by more than one and rating for the number of 25 people,the score of 0 to the number of 18 people,four people rating without change.18 patients with symptoms of sleep before treatment,after treatment decreased by more than one and rating for the number of 16 people,the score of 0 to the number of 9 people,2 people rating without change.28 patients with symptoms of chills and fever before treatment,after treatment decreased by more than one and rating for the number of26 people,the score of 0 to the number of 13 people,2 people rating without change.17 females patients with symptoms of irregular menstruation before treatment,after treatment decreased by more than one and rating for the number of 16 people,the score of 0 to the number of 6 people,1 people rating without change.The spleen and stomach symptoms score drop from 2.29±0.87 to 0.54±0.93,significantly lower(P<0.05).The score of sleep symptoms drop from 2.47±0.81 to 1.11±0.93,significantly lower(P<0.05).The score of chills and fever symptoms drop from 2.33±0.93 to 0.67±0.82,significantly lower(P<0.05).The score of irregular menstruation symptoms drop from 2.56±0.91 to 1.09±0.92,significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treat jue Yin syndrome types of acne with tonification and purgation in combination both improveing skin lesion and general feelings of illness,and have less adverse reaction. |
