In recent years,with the reform of China's medical and health system,while implementing major public health services,the state has also paid more and more attention to women's health.In 2009,the Ministry of Health and the All-China Women's Federation jointly decided to carry out a “two cancers” screening program among rural women across the country to enhance women's awareness of self-care and health.With the introduction of the "two cancers" inspection policy,Qingdao also responded to the national call to carry out women's "two cancers" inspection and rescue work throughout the city.However,Qingdao 's current“two cancers”screening for women is not strong enough.At present,“two cancers” free coverage covers all rural women.As a city with an urbanization level of 73.67%,Qingdao has insufficient coverage of women's policies in many cities Women have not yet received free inspections.At the same time,a series of problems such as insufficient investment in rescue funds,unclear responsibilities of various departments for policy implementation,and uneven distribution of rescue resources still exist.The article is based on social support theory,welfare pluralism theory,gender theory,literature research method,questionnaire method,and unstructured interview method,starting from the Qingdao women's “two cancers” social assistance policy,from the government level,medical and health level,The women 's level analyzes the current status of the current policy and the existing problems,finds the shortcomings of the policy at the stage of emergence,and proposes scientific evaluation and adjustment policies at the government level,medical and health level,women's level,and social work level,and strengthens policy promotion Increase investment in policy funds,expand assistance coverage,clarify department responsibilities,multi-department linkage,establish a performance evaluation reward mechanism,coordinate and allocate assistance resources,introduce outreaching social workers,and promote the construction of medical social work.
