Research On The Relief Policy Of Women's "two Cancers" In Yangzhou Area

Today,"two cancers"(breast cancer and cervical cancer)are increasingly two major diseases that threaten women's health.The number of new cases of breast cancer in China reached 270,000 in 2016,according to data,and this figure is increasing at more than 3%a year.Among them,more than 70,000 cases died of breast cancer,which is the number one disease in all Chinese women.According to another source,in 2017,about 150,000 new cases of cervical cancer occurred in our country,of which about 50,000 died from breast cancer.The high morbidity and mortality of"two cancers" has become an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of women in China.This is not only about women's health,but also about social harmony,stability and sustainable development.Taking yangzhou as an example,this paper studies the development,implementation and existing problems of the "two cancers" aid policy for women in this area.Jiangsu province is the first pilot province to implement the free screening program for rural women's "two cancers".Baoying county in yangzhou city is an important pilot county in Jiangsu province.On the one hand,Yangzhou has implemented a series of "two cancers" relief policies formulated by the relevant departments of the country and the province.On the other hand,according to local conditions,it has issued some rescue policies.These policies have played a positive role in increasing the awareness and early diagnosis of the "two cancers" aid policy and reducing the morbidity and mortality of "two cancers".Through questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper analyzes the status quo and social evaluation of the development,implementation,problems and causes of the aid policy of "two cancers" for women in yangzhou area.Research shows that Yangzhou,like other cities,The free screening of"two cancers" has been carried out,and the central special public welfare fund for "poor mothers with two cancers" has been implemented.Most sick women have enjoyed the "two cancers" aid policy such as the New Agricultural Cooperative Support Policy and the Women's Health Insurance.However,due to the low level of economic development,the poor living environment,the uneven distribution of medical resources,and the insufficient coverage of aid policies,the problem of high morbidity and high mortality rates still exists in the "two cancers".The Government therefore needs to further strengthen its focus on this issue.In view of the inadequacy of the aid policy of "two cancers" for women in yangzhou,I put forward some suggestions for optimizing the aid policy of "two cancers".These include the establishment of a long-term mechanism for screening for and providing assistance for "two cancers",broadening the coverage of policies,regulating the medical market,and exploring ways for the government to purchase social medical services for women's "two cancers",so as to further give play to the leading and supervisory role of the government.We will improve the policy and mechanism for aiding and treating cancer in China.
