Obejective: To investigate the correlation between imaging features and biological behavior of DCIS by analyzing the ultrasound, mammography and pathological features of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast,in order to improve the clinical value of ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of DCIS and provide more non-invasive basis for individualized preoperative diagnosis and treatment of DCIS.Methods: During the period of 2012.02-2017.06,there were 250 cases of DCIS diagnosed and treated in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao University, and the surgical resection and the pathological diagnosis was all performed as well as the imaging examination. The study content included characteristics of ultrasound, mammography, and pathology(including immunohistochemistry and molecular typing). Results: In terms of ultrasound signs, the proportion of ER(-)and PR(-)in non-mass DCIS lesions was higher than that in mass DCIS lesions(34.5% vs 27.3%,36.6% vs 28.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P= 0.03,P=0.021);the high expression rate of Ki-67 in non-mass DCIS lesions was higher than that in mass DCIS lesions(68.3% vs 38.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008);The high expression rate of Ki-67 in Alder blood flow grade II-III DCIS lesions was higher than that in DCIS lesions with grade 0-I(77.2% vs 36.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01);.In terms of mammography characteristics, the proportion of malignant calcification in high histological grade DCIS lesions was higher than that of low histological grade DCIS lesions(50.2% vs 22.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02);The expression rate of HER-2(+)in DCIS malignant calcified lesions was higher than that in DCIS lesions without malignant calcification(32.6% vs 3.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).Conclusion: There is a correlation between the ultrasound and mammography characteristics of ductal carcinoma in situ and the expression of some molecular biological indicators.Ultrasound images of intraductal carcinoma in different molecular types were different.
