Objective:By investigating the occurrence of cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer, the relevant factors and characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with advanced lung cancer were discussed. Methods:This study included 218 patients with advanced lung cancer who were inpatients and outpatients in the oncology department of Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019,and met their discharge criteria. The clinical data were collected using Excel 2007 software and SPSS 20.0(Chinese version)software for data statistics and analysis,P<0.05 think the difference is statistically significant,P<0.01 think the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.This study finally included 218 patients with advanced lung cancer,168 patients with cancer-related fatigue, the incidence rate was 77.1%.Among them, patients with mild fatigue accounted for 17.9%(39 cases),patients with moderate fatigue accounted for 45.4%(99 cases),and patients with severe fatigue accounted for 13.8%(30 cases).Non-cancer-induced fatigue accounted for 22.9%(50 cases).2.The occurrence of cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer is not related to gender or pathological type(P>0.05),but to age,ECOG PS score, pain, and lung cancer intervention therapy(including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.or combined therapy)Relevant(P<0.05),the older the patient, the greater the possibility of fatigue;the higher the ECOG PS score, the worse the physical condition, and the higher the risk of cancer-related fatigue;patients with pain are more likely to have fatigue symptoms;accept The incidence of CRF in lung cancer intervention therapy is significantly higher than that of non-recipients.3.Among the CRF patients with advanced lung cancer,Qi deficiency was the most common, with 57 cases, accounting for 33.9%of the total;Qi and Yin syndromes were 36 cases, accounting for 21.4%;Qi deficiency and dampness syndrome were 33 cases, accounting for 19.6%;There were 18 cases with two deficiency syndromes, accounting for 10.7%;15 cases with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, accounting for 8.9%;9 cases with yang deficiency syndrome, accounting for 5.4%.4.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with advanced lung cancer due to fatigue is not related to gender, degree of fatigue, pathological type,ECOG PS score(P>0.05),but related to age, whether there is pain, whether to receive lung cancer intervention treatment and lung cancer treatment plan(P<0.05).5.Patients with qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome were the main patients of 18-59 years old, while patients with qi deficiency were the main syndrome of 60-85 years old.The distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with pain are:Qi deficiency, phlegm and dampness>Qi deficiency>both Qi deficiency and qi deficiency>Qi deficiency and blood stasis>Qi and blood deficiency>Yang deficiency and deficiency of qi;Two Deficiency>Two Deficiency of Qi and Blood>Qi Deficiency Phlegm and Dampness>Deficiency of Yang Qi>Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis.Qi deficiency is the most common TCM syndrome type for patients receiving lung cancer intervention, followed by Qi deficiency and qi deficiency, phlegm dampness,Qi and blood deficiency,Qi deficiency blood stasis, and Yang Qi deficiency;Qi deficiency and phlegm and dampness are more common, followed by Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi deficiency, both Qi and Yin deficiency,Qi and Blood deficiency, and Yang Qi deficiency.Among them, the patients in the simple surgery group mainly had qi deficiency syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome, and the surgery+chemotherapy or radiotherapy group mainly had qi deficiency syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1.The incidence of cancer-related fatigue is high in patients with advanced lung cancer, mainly moderate fatigue.2.The occurrence of cancer-related fatigue in advanced lung cancer is related to age,ECOG PS score, pain, and lung cancer intervention therapy(including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.or combination therapy).3.The distribution rule of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in patients with advanced lung cancer CRF:Qi deficiency syndrome>Qi deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency phlegm dampness syndrome>Qi and blood deficiency syndrome>Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome>Yang Qi deficiency syndrome.4.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with advanced lung cancer due to fatigue is related to age, pain, whether to receive lung cancer intervention treatment, and lung cancer treatment plan.5.For patients with advanced lung cancer-induced fatigue due to simple surgical treatment and surgery+chemotherapy or radiotherapy, the treatment should be strengthened to supplement the qi and blood, supplement the qi and nourish the yin to achieve better results.
