Clinical Observation Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With MIS-TLIF Operation In The Treatment Of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis (qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with MIS-TLIF surgery on lumbar spondylolisthesis(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),in order to provide an effective plan for the recovery of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods: Sixty patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis at the Department of Spine Surgery,Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 and 60 patients who met the MIS-TLIF surgical guidelines were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups received basic treatment.The treatment group received MIS-TLIF surgery combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction;the control group received MIS-TLIF surgery alone.The VAS score,ODI score and TCM symptom score evaluation were used as clinical efficacy indicators.The reduction rate of slippage,the loss rate of slippage,and the fusion rate of slippage were the observation indicators of the degree of bony fusion.Taking the pre-operation,post-operation,the first week after the operation,and three months after the operation as the observation time point,the study was carried out by comparing various conditions before and after the patient's own treatment and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group.Results: There was no statistical difference between the general condition of the treatment group and the control group before operation,VAS score,ODI score,and TCM symptom score evaluation,and they were comparable.(2)The VAS score,ODI score,and TCM symptom score evaluation of the three observation points in the treatment group and the control group after operation were better than those before the operation,with statistical differences(P <0.05).(3)The VAS score,ODI score and TCM symptom score of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than thecontrol group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in the reduction rate of slippage,the rate of slippage loss,between the treatment group and the control group after operation(P> 0.05).(5)The intervertebral fusion of the patients in the treatment group and the control group was successful Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with MIS-TLIF surgery for lumbar spondylolisthesis can relieve patients' pain,improve patients' ability to live and work,and is clinically safe and effective.
