A Formula To Tonify Qi And Strengthen Slpeen Combined With Cyber Knife In The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer Clinical Research

Objectives:To observe the efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Cyber Knife for PHC.To explore the effectiveness of TCM treatment of Primary liver cancer,and further to seek the best way to treatment of liver cancer.Methods:With the method of open randomized controlled study,will meet the set of conditions in 55 cases of primary liver cancer patients,according to the patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(28 cases,were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined Cyber Knife;The control group,27 cases were treated with simple Cyber Knife.Observe two groups of patients to improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,liver function,AFP,tumor size,functional score(Karnofsky score),social function and quality of life and so on to improve the situation and the incidence of adverse reactions,and statistical analysis.Results:Final Treatment group 25 cases completed the course evaluation,there are 3 cases fall off;Control group with 25 cases completed the course evaluation,2 cases of loss.Statistical analysis showed that:(1)to improve the clinical symptoms of TCM of comparison: the treatment group effective rate was 76%,the control group,effective rate was 40% in the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms improve contrast difference was statistically significant(X2=4.0381,P=0.0445,P<0.05).The treatment group in improving TCM symptoms curative effect is better than that in control group.(2)The comparison of tumor size change tumors: review after 3 months,the treatment group effective rate was 80%(20/25);The control group,effective rate was 64%(11/25)and change the size of tumors in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(X2=9.3537,P=0.025,P<0.05).(3)The change of the index of liver function and AFP comparison: 1)two groups of ALT and AST treatment after numerical have declined,but the contrast between the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05),numerical earlier review shows that the control group after 1 month of therapy,the treatment group were compared with the previous fall,contrast was statistically significant(P<0.05),visible from the results the treatment group in alleviating effect is more significant on the elevated ALT and AST.2)and TBIL no significant change(P>0.05).3)numerical after treatment,two groups of AFP and review also decreased to different degrees,but the treatment group decreased more,within each group contrast have significant difference(P<0.05),and the com Parison between the two way,no statistical significance(P>0.05)(4)Two groups of Karnofsky score comparison: 3months later Karnofsky score in treatment group after treatment to improve the 19 cases,4 cases were stable,the drop in 2 cases;3months later Karnofsky score improvement of 14 cases of the control group after treatment,8 cases of stable,fall in 2 cases;Comparing the two groups,the treatment group Karnofsky score better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Social function defect in patients with two groups of comparisons: In the two groups before treatment has different degree of most social function defect;3 month after treatment,compared with control group,the treatment group subjects to improve social function defect situation is better than that of control group,with significant difference significance(P?0.05);Compared with the situation before and after treatment,two groups of improvement is better than that of before the treatment,(P?0.05).(6)Two groups after treatment in patients with quality of life(WHOQOL BREF score)to improve the situation: For two groups of subjects in the field of psychological,physiological field respectively,environmental and social fields,in the total score and total health score rate,the result all score 3 months after treatment than before treatment was increased,the field of physiological and psychological field comparison between the two groups,total score and total health score comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Compare two groups of adverse situation,two groups of renal impairment subjects did not happen,but in different levels of the digestive tract reaction and bone marrow suppression,but the treatment group were less than the control group.In the digestive tract reaction,decreased white blood cells and hemoglobin decreased the number of cases on the comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Authors' conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine combined Cyber Knife in the treatment of primary liver cancer can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,delay the tumor progression,has a synergistic effect attenuated synergies,the combined treatment of primary liver cancer plan contrast simply shoot wave knives have special curative effect advantage,is a kind of good curative effect,high safety,clinical popularization of individualized middle-late comprehensive treatment of liver cancer.
