Objective:To study the clinical efficiency of Gegen huoluo Decoction to treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy(syndrome of wind cold Blocking Collaterals).Methods:Gegen huoluo decoction for the "treatise on febrile diseases" gegen decoction and medical zhong shen xilu" huoluo effect panacea together,with thin wind and cold,huoxue tongluo effect.From March 2017 to March 2018,64 patients with cervical spondylosis(wind-cold obstruction of collaterals syndrome)admitted to the department of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of xiangtan central hospital were included in this study.In the control group,32 patients were treated with diclofenac sodium orally.Both groups were treated for 1 course(7d).In the treatment of 0 d,3 d,7 d and 21 d of follow-up after the treatment(2 weeks)were observed in all four point in time,the method of digital visual analog pain scale score(VAS),cervical dysfunction index(NDI),cervical disturbance index(ODOM)methods respectively to observe the pain,such as daily life skills,and curative effect evaluation indicators,comprehensive evaluation of curative effect before and after the treatment,observation effectivelyResults:1.In general data of the two groups,gender,age.weight and course of disease were compared without statistical significance(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable2.There was no statistically significant difference in pain and NDI between the two groups at 0d(P>0.05).3.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pain on day 3(P>0.05)and on day 0(P>0.05).The difference of NDI index between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)and that between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The difference in pain between the two groups was statistically significant on day 7(P<0.01)and day 0(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of NDI index between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)and that between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.After treatment for 7 days,the recovery rate was 46.88%and the total effective rate was 87.50%.The improvement rate of the control group was 34.38%,and the total effective rate was 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02<0.05),suggesting that the experimental group was better than the control group.6.Follow-up after two weeks of treatment showed that the recovery rate of the experimental group was 46.88%and the total effective rate was 87.50%.Comparison of efficacy between the two groups Z=-2.40,P=0.01<0.05.The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group,suggesting that the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.7.Biochemical examination was performed on the two groups to clarify the effects of drugs on liver and kidney function,and whether there was bleeding or skin breaking during acupuncture.The results of safety evaluation showed that no adverse safety events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Gegen huoluo decoction was used for the treatment of cervical spondylosis(wind-cold blocking collaterals syndrome),and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug diclofenac combined with acupuncture and moxibustion were used for the treatment.Gegen huoluo decoction is a safe and effective method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
