Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of Jingxin Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment with that of only Jingxin Zhuyu decoction and simple acupuncture on cervical cardiac syndrome of blood stasis type,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment,clinical study on treatment of cervical cardiac syndrome with combination of acupuncture and medicineMethods:Ninety-six cases with cervical cardiac syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals were randomly divided into three groups:acupuncture and Chinese medicine combined observation group,Chinese medicine control group and acupuncture control group,each group had 32 cases.The control group of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was given Jingxin Zhuyu decoction orally,the control group of acupuncture was given acupuncture treatment,and the observation group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine was given Jingxin Zhuyu decoction orally and acupuncture treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety of the three groups were evaluated by comparing the disappearance rate of main symptoms,the change of total score of TCM symptoms and the return to normal rate of full lead Electrocardiogram(ECG)Results:1.All the three groups were effective in the treatment of cervical cardiac syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals.The total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than 70%(21/30)in the control group and 73.3%(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05)2.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05)in the disappearance rate of chest pain and palpitation,there was no significant difference in chest tightness and neck pain(P>0.05)3.After 7 and 14 days after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the three groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).The longer the treatment time,the lower the total score of TCM symptoms,which proved that the longer the treatment time,the better the symptoms.After 14 days treatment and 1 month follow-up,the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05)4.There was no significant difference in full lead ECG recovery rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05)5.Safety and compliance evaluation:Three groups before treatment,treatment 14 days,follow-up 1 month liver function,Renal function,blood cell analysis,urine analysis,coagulation function were not abnormal changes,no acupuncture and medication adverse reactions occurred.The completion rate of cases was 93.75%Conclusion:This study suggests that the Jingxin Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture is effective and safe for the patients with the syndrome of blood stasis and collaterals obstruction,with simple method,convenient operation and high compliance of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.The Jingxin Zhuyu decoction has significant effect on relieving the symptoms of chest pain and palpitation;acupuncture has more advantages in improving the symptoms of neck pain and chest distress.The longer the treatment time,the more obvious the clinical effect and the more stable the long-term effect;there was no significant difference in the recovery rate of ECG in the three groupsThe Jingxin Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment improves the clinical symptoms,improves the quality of life of patients to a certain extent,is safe and effective,and is worth popularizing.
