was made on changes in blood lipid metabolism and tissue structure of atherosclerotic rabbits with drug-separated cake moxibustion.Effect of cake moxibustion on the diversity of intestinal microflora in atherosclerotic rabbits.Methods:42 healthy purebred male New Zealand big ear white rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group,model group,probiotic group,antibiotic group,medicated cake moxibustion group,medicated cake moxibustion + broad-spectrum antibiotic group.The AS rabbit model was prepared by the high cholesterol diet induction method,and intervention was conducted according to the factors of the subjects.After the in tervention,fasting,anesthesia of the ear veins,blood collection from the abdominal aorta,and the animals were sacrificed.Bile,intestinal tissue,small intestine contents,cecum contents,etc.The rabbits in each group were observed for blood lipid levels and HE staining.Intestinal microecology 16 S r DNA analysis technology was used to explore the adjustment effect of cake-separated moxibustion on AS rabbit intestinal flora.,QPCR detection of liver and intestinal tissue FXR,CYP7A1,FGF15 and other c ontent and expression,enzyme smooth,complete,continuous,uniform in thickness,without lipid infiltration,neatly and orderly,without lipid spots;model group : The intima of the middle aorta is obviously thickened,protruding into the cavity,and plaque and lipid deposits can be seen in the wall of the tube,and a large number of foam cells appear;The probiotic group: the intima thickened slightly,and the structure of each layer was still clearly visible.The endothelial cells in the tube wall were continuous.The smooth muscle cells were arranged neatly and regularly,and a few foam cells were formed.Thick,but the structure of each layer is clear,the endothelial cells of the tube wall are continuous,smooth muscle cells are proliferated,and a large number of foam cells are formed;Group 1 moxibustion cake cake: the intima is slightly thickened,the layers are still clearly visible,and the endothelium of the wall is continuous Smooth muscle cells are uniform in thickness,neatly arranged,and foam cells are rare.Group 2 moxibustion cakes: thickened intima,clear layer structure,continuous endothelial cells in the wall,smooth muscle cells hyperplasia,and a small number of foam cells formed.Compared with the normal group,the serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels of the rabbits in each group were higher,and the differen ce was statistically significant(P <0.01).Compared with the model group,the levels of serum cholesterol and triglyceride in the probiotic group,antibiotic group,medicated cake moxibustion group 1 and medicated cake moxibustion group 2 were significant ly reduced(P <0.01).Compared with the antibiotic group,serum cholesterol in the two groups of moxibustion cake moxibustion was significantly reduced(P <0.05).Compared with the two groups of moxibustion cake moxibustion,the serum accounted for a relatively high proportion.Conclusion:1.Medicine cake moxibustion can effectively regulate the level of blood lipids.Antibiotics will weaken the effect of medicine cake moxibustion.At the same time,it can improve the damage of arterial blood vessel walls,inhibit the production of foam cells and the formation of AS plaque,but antibiotics can weaken their effect.2.Medicinal cake moxibustion has a benign regulation effect on the blood lipid level and the formation of AS plaques in the AS rabbit model,in which the relative proportion of Akkermansiaceae in the intestinal flora
