After more than 40 years of rapid economic growth through reform and opening up,China's economic development has achieved remarkable achievements. At present,China's economic development has entered a new stage, from the previous high-speed development into the high-speed development, economic development into the new normal, the economic structure is also constantly to technology-driven mode transformation. In the process of economic transformation, the most critical element is talent. The development of a country's human resources is a process that needs long-term accumulation. Therefore, the study on the characteristics of children,s intellectual development at different ages has positive significance for the cultivation of the quality and quantity of talents in China.People from birth to 3 years old this time is the most critical period, the developmental plasticity is the strongest stage,is also the most ability(such as hearing, vision, language, and cognitive)the best development of children's brain in the early stages of a good development to a certain extent affect the future development of human resources,in this age of education investment will get a higher return, often can achieve twice the result with half the effort. There are many factors that affect children's intelligence level, mainly including nature and nurture. However, the innate genetic factors cannot be controlled and changed,so improving the nurture will be a key means to improve the intellectual development of children. The nurture of children includes the nutrition supply in the growth stage and good education.Malnutrition in infancy can lead to stunted growth and micronutrient deficiency, which can lead to decreased immune function and long-term impact on children's survival, growth and development.Numerous studies have proved that the feeding behavior of guardians is closely related to the development of children. If there is a lack of nutrition and family and social environment that can effectively stimulate children's development during this critical period,it will have a great negative impact on children's academic performance, adult income and the formation of human capital. Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the healthy development of children's intelligence by guaranteeing their nutrition supply and health level during their early development. In this study, baseline data and phase ? follow-up data from the nutrition package project in the poor mountainous areas of qinba were used to analyze the current situation of multi-dimensional feeding of infants from 6 to 30 months of age.To find out the factors influencing guardian feeding behavior; To explore the effect of feeding behavior on children's health. It provides scientific decision-making basis for solving the problem of early childhood development and promoting the healthy growth of children in rural areas. The findings of this study are as follows:(l)early cessation of breastfeeding and over-reliance on formula among the dependents in poor rural areas. From the perspective of supplementary feeding, the proportion of children aged 6-23 months who can achieve the minimum food diversity is 42%,and the proportion meeting the minimum meal frequency standard is 62%,which is low.(2)feeding behavior has a significant negative correlation with the educational level of the adoptive family and whether the adoptive mother nurturance. The possible reason for the poor feeding behavior of the adoptive family is that they lack reliable knowledge and information sources.(3)the overall health level of the samples is not optimistic.Although the anemia rate decreases significantly with the increase of the age of months, the overall anemia rate is as high as 31.6%and the growth retardation rate is 4.5%.(4)drink milk opened early infant, exclusive breastfeeding for six months of infant and child health development index, there were no significant differences statistically accord with standard of minimum dietary diversity of infants and young children perform better on the number of sick, dine in line with the minimum frequency standard of infants and young children on the hemoglobin content, anaemia, sick times better.Policy Suggestions:(1)pay attention to and improve the education level of the population in rural areas, especially the knowledge level of the guardians of newborn babies.(3)the government should play a leading role and actively popularize and publicize relevant knowledge.(4)to increase the evaluation of existing early childhood development projects in rural areas, improve the efficiency of public financial input, effectively integrate resources, and focus on major tasks.
