Observation On The Curative Effect Of Catgut Embedding At Acupoints In The Treatment Of Somatization Disorders

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of patients with somatization disorders.Methods:40 patients with somatization disorders were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding once every 2weeks;The control group was given duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated capsule 60 mg orally,once a day,and the patients in the two groups were treated for a total of 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,two groups of patients were assessed with SCL-90 Somatization Factor Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and then statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the efficacy.Results:After treatment,SCL-90 somatization factor scores were significantly lower in both groups than before(P<0.01),and the reduction was more significant in the observation group(P<0.01);HAMA scores and HAMD scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The apparent efficiency of observation group was 70%significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),The total effective rate of the observation group was 90% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 ? Acupoint catgut embedding and oral duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules can effectively improve the somatic symptoms;2?Acupoint catgut embedding and oral duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated capsules All can improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of the patients;3? The apparent efficiency and total effective rate of acupoint catgut embedding were relatively high,which had great clinical application value.
