| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of individualized anti-hypertensive western medicine oral administration combined with Jiaotai pill and Zuogui pill on the perimenopausal hypertension of disharmony between heart and kidney,to explore the antihypertensive effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on heart-kidney imbalance perimenopausal hypertension and the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce the dosage of western drugs for oral hypotension.Methods: The 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(benazepril tablet 20 mg qd+metoprolol tablet 25 mg bid),The treatment group was given Jiaotai pill and Zuogui pill plus or minus treatment on the basis of reducing dose of western medicine.(benazepril tablet 20 mg qd+ jiaotai pill combined with zuogui pill plus or minus),and observed for 4 weeks.To observe the changes of Chinese medicine symptom total score,Chinese medicine symptom score,clinic blood pressure,24-hour dynamic blood pressure,Kupperman score,female sex hormone level and other indicators after taking off the pill for four weeks.Results: Compared with before treatment,the blood pressure in the clinic and 24-hour dynamic blood pressure in the two groups were significantly reduced,with statistically significant difference within the group(P<0.05),but no statistically significant difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).Both groups could reduce the total Kupperman integral,and the differences within the group and between the groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the differences within the group and between the groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of headache,insomnia,hot flushy night sweats,lumbar and knee tenderness and tinnitus in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in LH,FSH and E2 between the two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05),and no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jiaotai pills and zuogui pills combined with antihypertensive drugs have a significant effect on the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension,it can not only effectively reduce blood pressure,but also improve the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms,and has little effect on female sex hormones.However,due to the small sample size and short-term study,so the clinical promotion is still to be further studied. |
