Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Duhuojisi Decoction In The Treatment Of Bortezomib-related Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Duhuo jisheng decoction in treating bortezomib-related peripheral neuropathy.Methods: According to the random number table method,the cases that meet the inclusion criteria were divided into group A(6 cases)and group B(6 cases).The experiment was conducted in two stages.Group A was treated with methylcobalamin for the first 8 weeks and set as group A1.After 8 weeks of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,set to group A2;Group B before the first 8 weeks of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,set to group B1,after 8 weeks of treatment with methylcobalamin,set to group B2,using inter-group comparison and self-control study method;Compare the improvement of TCM symptom score,clinical effectiveness,PN level,nerve conduction velocity between the two groups,and assess their safety by testing blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,and impact.Results:Comparison of the first stage after treatment: After treatment,the comparison between the two groups and before and after itself,both groups can reduce the TCM symptom score,the B1 group is better than the AI group(P?0.05);the two groups of TCM symptom improvement efficiency comparison,the B1 group Better than the AI group,P?0.05,statistically different;the comparison of the degree of PN reduction between the two groups,P?0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,the MNCV and SNCV of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve of both groups were increased,and the B1 group was higher than the A1 group,the difference was different(P?0.05).Comparison of the second phase after treatment: Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,both groups can reduce the TCM symptom score,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;The effective rate is 80%,and the total effective rate in the B2 group is40%,which is roughly equivalent to the curative effect of the first-stage traditional Chinese medicine and mecobalamin;the comparison of the PN level reductionbetween the two groups,P?0.05,the difference is not statistically significant;The changes in nerve conduction velocity between the two groups were compared before and after treatment in the A2 group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;before and after treatment in the B2 group,P ? 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.During the entire treatment period,there was no difference in safety indicators such as blood routine,liver and kidney function between the two groups(P?0.05).Conclusion: 1.The addition and subtraction of Duhuo jisheng decoction is superior to mecobalamin in improving the traditional Chinese medicine symptom of bortezomib-related peripheral neuropathy,and has good safety.2.The addition and subtraction of Duhuo jisheng decoction and methylcobalamin can reduce the severity of bortezomib-related peripheral neuropathy.3.The addition and subtraction of Duhuo jisheng decoction and mecobalamin can help to restore the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of bortezomib-related peripheral neuropathy,and the former is superior to the latter.
