Objective: The study was to observe the pancreatic cancer of stage ??? pancreas cancer by using the combination of pancreatic cancer and capecitabine in the treatment of stage ? ? pancreas cancer.The curative effect,physical condition,TCM syndromes,CA19-9 and safety of cancer provide a scientific basis for the treatment of patients with stage ? and ? pancreatic cancer.Methods: In this study,a randomized and controlled experiment design was used to include 64 patients with stage ??? pancreatic cancer,32 patients in each of the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given corresponding nutritional support,tertiary analgesia and other symptomatic supportive treatment.Control group: oral single-agent capecitabine chemotherapy,converted to body surface area,1250 mg / m2,2 times a day,once in the morning and evening(oral),taken within 30 minutes after a meal,stopped for 1 week after continuous taking for 2 weeks,21 Day is one cycle,and 2 cycles are performed.Treatment group: add pancreatic cancer prescription on the basis of control group: Rehmannia glutinosa 15 g,Pinellia 15 g,cinnamon 6g,staghorn gum 9g,white mustard 6g,dried ginger 6g,baicalin 9g,Coptis chinensis 3g,Codonopsis pilosula 10 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 9g,licorice 6g,one dose per day,once in the morning and evening,once every 21 days,for 2 cycles.Observe and record the changes in the short-term efficacy,physical condition,TCM syndromes,CA19-9 and safety of the two groups of patients and compare them.If the adverse reaction is handled in time or cannot be controlled,the clinical study will be withdrawn.Results: 64 patients were finally included to complete the study.The baseline data of the two groups were compared before treatment,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and was comparable,and could be further studied.1.Solid tumor efficacy: The disease control rate(DCR)of the treatment group and the control group were 87.5% and 71.8%,respectively,indicating that the solid tumor efficacy treatment group was better than the control group.At this time,P = 0.120> 0.05,that is,the difference was not statistically significant.,But according to DCR,it may benefit.2.Physical condition score effect: Before the treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were compared P> 0.05,and the groups were comparable.After treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were compared,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had an advantage in improving physical conditions.3.TCM symptom scores: the comparison of the TCM symptom scores of the two groups before treatment P> 0.05,which is comparable between the groups.After treatment,compared between groups and within groups,the treatment of both groups was effective,P <0.05(between groups),the treatment group of Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy was more effective.4.Serum tumor marker CA19-9: Before the treatment,the serum tumor marker CA19-9 was compared P> 0.05,and the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the two groups compared P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.5.Toxic side effects of chemotherapy: The toxic and side effects of chemotherapy in the treatment group were lighter than those in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Yicai Recipe is indeed effective in relieving the clinical symptoms of middle-advanced Zhengxieshi type pancreatic cancer,improving physical strength and quality of life.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer with stage III ? IV and evil is better than chemotherapy alone,with less toxic and side effects and high safety.
