| Objective: Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of moisturizing traditional Chinese medicine formula soap on elderly patients with pruritus of the skin through skin tester and clinical obser vation,and provide a reference for the clinical promotion of moisturizing Chinese herbal formula soap.Methods: Randomized controlled clinical trial method was used to divide the 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria into the test group according to the random number table method from January2019 to December 2019.There were 31 cases in each group and control group,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients were analyzed in terms of skin water content,elasticity value,itching symptoms,clinical efficacy,quality of life,anxiety,and safety.Results:1.The measured values of skin water content and elasticity of the two groups of patients after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and they increased significantly two weeks before the course of treatment;patients in the test group after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment The measured values of skin moisture content and elasticity are higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).2.By comparing the comprehensive score of pruritus in the two groups,the pruritus symptoms in the two groups were improved before and after treatment.After treatment,the improvement of pruritus symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The results showed that the clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.55%,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.19%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The quality of life scores and anxiety index scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The results showed that the quality of life and anxiety of the experimental group and the control group were improved,and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The recurrence rate of the patients in the follow-up trial group was lower than that in the control group,and no adverse reactions were obser ved during the study,with high safety.Conclusion: Moisturizing Chinese herbal formula soap is a safe and effective external preparation,which can significantly improve the skin water content,elasticity,itching symptoms,quality of life and anxiety in patients with mild to moderate elderly skin pruritus.On the application promotion and further research. |
