The Effect Of Injection-type Collagen Acupoint Embedding On The Weight Loss And Quality Of Life Of Perimenopausal Women

Objective:In this study,patients with perimenopausal obesity were observed and acupoint catgut embedding therapy was used as the treatment method to evaluate its effect on weight loss,four blood lipids,anti-Mullerian hormone change and quality of life.To provide some clinical evidence for acupoint embedding therapy for perimenopausal obesity.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group（acupoint embedding group）and control group（comforting embedding group）according to the random number table,shedding 6 cases,effective cases 54 groups,treatment group 28 cases,control group 26 cases.The two groups of treatments were performed once every 2 weeks for a total of 8 treatments.The body weight,body mass index（BMI）,waist-to-hip ratio,waist circumference and hip circumference of the patients were recorded before treatment,at 4th,8th,12th,16th week and follow-up period（28th and 40th week）.Four blood lipids（Total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C））,anti-Mullerian hormone（AMH）values were collected before treatment and 16th week,and filling in the Quality of Life Assessment Scale（SF-36）before treatment and 16th week,and the data were analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of weight loss effects within groups:（1）Observation group:compared with before treatment,weight,BMI,waist-hip ratio,and waist circumference were all decreased at each evaluation time point（p<0.05）,and hip circumference at16^thweek was decreased（p<0.05）;Compared with the 4^thweek,the body weight,BMI,waist-hip ratio,and waist circumference were all reduced at each evaluation point during the treatment period and follow-up period（p<0.05）;Compared with the8^thweek,the body weight and BMI decreased at 12^thand 16^thweek（p<0.05）,waist-hip ratio and waist circumference decreased at 12^th,16^th,28^th,and 40^thweeks（p<0.05）;Compared with the 12^thweek,the indexes of the 16^thweek had no statistical difference（p>0.05）,but according to the summary chart,there was still a decrease in the treatment period after 12^thweek;Compared with the 16^thweek,the body weight,BMI,waist-hip ratio,and waist circumference all increased at the 40^thweek（p<0.05）.（2）Control group:Compared with before treatment,weight,waist-hip ratio,and waist circumference were reduced at each time point（p<0.05）,and BMI at weeks 8^th,12^th,16^th,28^th,and 40^thdecreased（p<0.05）,hip circumference at 16^thweek decreased（p<0.05）.Observation group had obvious weight loss effect.2.Comparison of weight loss effects between groups:Weight、BMI at the 16^thweek,observation group were better than the control group（p<0.05）;Waist-to-hip ratio and waist circumference observation group were better than control group at each evaluation point during treatment and follow-up period（p<0.05）;There was no significant difference in hip circumference between the two groups at each time point（p>0.05）.The observation group had better weight loss effect than the control group.3.Comparison of four blood lipids and AMH values betweenObservation group:Compared with week 0,TG and LDL-C decreased at week 16（p<0.05）,and TC,HDL-C and AMH had no statisticsgroup:Compared with week 0,there was no significant change in all indexes at week 16（p>0.05）.4.Comparison of SF-36 scale score between groups:（1）Observation group:Compared with week 0,the SF-36 scale score at week 16 was increased（p<0.05）;（2）Control group:Compared with week 0,the SF-36 scale score at week 16 has no statistical difference.Conclusion:Injectable collagen acupoint embedding therapy has a good weight loss effect on obese menopausal patients,and can effectively reduce TG and LDL-C,improve the quality of life,and the effect is better than the fake embedding group.
