229 Cases Of Female College Students With Facial Skin Sensitivity Survey Influencing Factors And Countermeasures

Purpose:To investigate the current situation and characteristics of facial sensitive skin of female college students in Changsha and the pathogenic factors through a questionnaire,analyze the relationship between the influencing factor and facial sensitive skin,and analyze the counter-measures from the aspect of etiological mechanism.Method:Using the questionnaires,250 female college students in Changsha region were selected as the object of investigation by questionnaire star completed skin condition and related factors questionnaire including the content of the skin filling out a questionnaire of growth environment,family genetic factors,diet life routines,sleeping quality,skin care products and cosmetics using frequency,psychological factors and endo-crine factors,etc.Totally 13 related factors,such as purchasing channels of skin care products,were taken as independent variables and the occurrence of sensitive skin as dependent variables.Univariate and binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the rela-tionship between each factor and the occurrence of sensitive skin.Result:Effective questionnaires of 222 won,31 cases were suitable for sen-sitive skin,191 cases for the sensitive skin will be sensitivity skin31 cases of 13 independent variables in the questionnaire results,on the basis of single factor analysis out meaningful independent variables into the binary classification logistic regression analysis,the use of screening cosmetics mood change eating habits were considered to be environment four factors as the main risk factors related to sensitivity skin.In conclusion:1.About 12.5% of the female college students have facial sensitive skin.Compared with the incidence of other skin diseases,it is considered as a relatively high incidence.2.Among them,the most influential factor is frequent use of cosmetics,followed by habits in diet,emotional changes and growth environment.
