Research On The Construction System Of Provincial TCM Health Information Platform

In recent years,with the strong support of the state,TCM has won unprecedented development opportunities.In order to integrate TCM information resources of the whole province,To better serve the public,we need to plan and design the overall system architecture of the platform from a higher level.It is of practical significance to carry out the research on the construction system of Provincial TCM health information platform(hereinafter referred to as "health information platform").Objective:Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of health information platform at home and abroad,this paper combs the needs of the construction of health information platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine,carries out the exploration and research of the construction system of health information platform,and provides reference for the construction of provincial health information platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Comprehensive use of literature research,field research and expert consultation methods to guide the Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicinehealth information platform construction system research.By using the literature research method,we widely collect the policy documents,literature materials and standard documents related to the construction of health information platform,learn the framework theory of information construction,understand the innovative application of new information technology in the construction of the platform,and sort out the research status of the construction of health information platform at home and abroad.Based on the theory of enterprise framework,the functional requirements of different stakeholders of Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicinehealth information platform are collected and sorted out by using the method of on-site investigation.Finally,according to the research needs,combined with the enterprise framework development method(ADM),build the overall framework of the Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicinehealth information platform construction system,and further study the overall framework to form a system.The whole research process from the initial needs investigation,to the construction of the overall framework,to the formation of the final draft is inseparable from expert consultation,which is also an indispensable research method to ensure the credibility of research results.Results:(1)The construction needs of Provincial Health information platform of traditional Chinese Medicine were thoroughly combed.In depth business application analysis,combing the needs of medical service,management,public service and regional coordination;in depth data and technical requirements analysis,combing the needs of data exchange and sharing,connectivity,data governance,information comprehensive utilization,etc.(2)The construction system of provincial health information platform of traditional Chinese medicine was established.Under the guidance of enterprise framework theory,the overall framework of health information platform is constructed,and the business architecture,data architecture,technical architecture and application architecture are studied.Conclusion: Based on the actual needs,taking business as the basic starting point,under the guidance of enterprise framework theory,this study fully considers Characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine of health information platform,considers innovation and meets the actual needs.However,the research on the public cloud service of health information platform and the application of data mining results to auxiliary business improvement is not deep enough,which will be further improved in the follow-up research.
