The Construction Of A Personalized Chinese Health Service Platform Based On The Combination Of Medicines

With the transference of the medical model from the biomedical model to the bio-psycho-social model,the special laws of human lifecycle and the individual differences between people have gotten more and more attention.Today's medical task has gradually transformed from disease prevention and treatment into health maintenance and improvement.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the personalized health service to fulfill the masses' ever increasing health needs.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is based on syndrome differentiation and full consideration of people's given difference.Those traditional diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics give TCM unique advantage in personalized health service.However,there are still many deficiencies in the existing TCM health service,for example,incomprehensive information integration,comparatively low level of specialization,weak capability in providing personalized service and difficulty in realizing industrialization and modernization.So,build a professional TCM personalized health service platform has great significance and a number of potential applications.This dissertation analyses the shortages of current TCM knowledge service at first,and makes some tentative research and preliminary analysis of TCM health knowledge fusion by integration and combination of multi-source data and information.The TCM health knowledge fusion model was built and TCM Personalized Health Solution Database(TCMPHSD)was created.Thus,the article further constructs the TCM Automatic Syndrome Differentiation System(TCMASDS)based on TCM's principle of treatment-syndrome differentiation and relations between disease-symptom-Zheng so as to provide basis for TCM Personalized Health Solution's automatically recommending.Furthermore,in this paper,a personalized formula design method for medicated diet was brought out based on the nature combination patterns of TCM and realized the improvement of the existing knowledge and knowledge innovation.In conclusion,this paper discusses the function position,core function and system process of the TCM personalized health service platform.And chose the best technology for the platform construction,analyzed the general architecture,core subsystems and technology roadmap.Finally,this thesis lays emphasis on the discussion of platform's potential value and prospects of application.This paper provides a new way of method and thinking for the using of TCM health knowledge.The platform is user-friendly,practicality,and with high degree of automation,which is able to conduct rapid,simple,reproducible,highly personalized and specific TCM health solution recommendation.Meanwhile,the compound design of the herbal cuisine based on Chinese herbal nature combinations patterns offered feasible precept to herbal cuisine research,laid a solid foundation for the industrial development of herbal cuisine.In allusion to the ever-growing health demand,this postgraduate subject sufficiently absorbed the essence of the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and made knowledge integration,knowledge discovery and knowledge innovation based on Chinese herbal nature combinations patterns,which ushered in whole new method for the personalized Traditional Chinese Medication health service realization.
