Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Yanshen Granules In The Treatment Of Stage 3-4 Of Chronic Kidney Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Yanshen Granules in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-4 spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome and damp turbidity syndrome or(and)blood stasis syndrome.Methods: From December 2018 to August 2019,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department and hospitalization of the Department of Nephrology of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,36 cases each.Both groups were treated with basic Western medicine,and the observation group was added with Shenqi Yanshen Granules.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Observe and compare the quantitative scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,renal function(Scr,BUN,e GFR),renal tubular function(NAG,NGAL),24 h UPro,Alb,Hb and safety indicators,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1?Comparison of the two groups of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate in the observation group was 85.29%,and the total effective rate in the control group was40.63%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the difference in TCM syndrome scores and main syndrome scores before and after treatment in both groups Significant statistical significance(P<0.01),but the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01);2?Comparison of renal function between the two groups: the Scr of the observation group decreased significantly compared with before(P<0.01),the Scr of the control group decreased compared with before(P<0.05),the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);The e GFR of the group was higher than before(P<0.01),but the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the BUN of both groups was lower than before(P<0.01),but the observation group was significantly reduced,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);3?Comparison of renal tubular function between the two groups: NGAL and NAG decreased significantly compared with before(P<0.01),but the observation group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);4?Comparison of 24 h UPro,Hb,and Alb between the two groups: 24 h UPro of the two groups decreased compared with before(P<0.01),but the observation group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Hb of both groups increased compared with before(P<0.01),the difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the Alb of both groups was higher than before,the difference of the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference of the control group was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05),the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01);5?Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the effective rate of the observation group was 85.29%,the effective rate of the control group was 40.63%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Shenqi Yanshen Granule is effective in treating CKD stage 3-4 Patients with s Pleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome and wet and turbid syndrome or(and)blood stasis syndrome.It can im Prove TCM sym Ptoms,renal function,renal tubule function,and reduce 24 Hourly urinary Protein quantification,increase Plasma albumin levels,delay the Progression of CKD to end-stage;and high safety.
