The Effect Of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Heart Failure (heart-qi Deficiency, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Mutual Obstruction) With Preserved Ejection Fraction

Objective: The observation is aimed at studying the effect of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment on the quality of life of patients with heart failur e with preserved ejection fraction,and analyze the clinical safety and effec t.Methods :Selecting 60 hospitalized and outpatient patients in the Cardiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine Institute from January 2019 to October2019.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group with 30 cases.The control group was treated with basic western medicine to treat heart failure and the treatment group was treated with the same western medicine but add to Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment for 2 months.Observing The TCM syndrome score,SF-36 scale,MLHFQ scale,6-minutes walk test,Borg scale,NT-pro BNP and diastolic function of the two groups before and after the treatment,and evaluating the quality of life of the patients comprehensively.Meanwhile,evaluating the safety and adverse reactions of the ointment.All data were analyzed by spss21.0.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,weight,course of disease,TCM syndrome score and quality of life et al,between the two groups(P> 0.05).2.At the end of treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was 68.97% and 89.29%,the effective rate of heart function was 68.97% and 85.71%,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.At the end of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there wassignificant difference between the two group(P<0.05).4.At the end of treatment,there was significant differen ce between the two groups in 6-minute s walk test and Borg scale(P<0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.At the end of treatment,there were significant difference s between the two groups in the total score of SF-36 and the scores of all dimensions before treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences about the three dimensions of general health,energy and social function between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total score of MLHFQ,physical and psychological scores before treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the total score of MLHFQ between the two groups(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences on the physical and psychological scores(P> 0.05).6.At the end of treatment,there was significant difference on diastolic function before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically between the two groups(P<0.05).7.At the end of treatment,the NT-pro BNP of the two groups was significantly different before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment can effectively improve the clinical syndrome,6-minute s walking test,Borg index and diastolic function of patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,and reduce the NT-Pro BNP Significantly.2.Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment can improve the quality of life of patients,especially in improving the general health status,energy and social function of these three dimensions of curative effect is outstanding,in other dimension it isn ’t significant on statistics.3.Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment has few adverse reaction in clinical treatment.
