Clinical Observation Of Shuganmingmu Decoction Combined With Artificial Tears In The Treatment Of Dry Eye With Liver Depression And Yin Deficiency

Objective:Using Shuganmingmu Decoction plus and minus polyvinyl alcohol eye drops to treat dry eyes with liver stagnation and yin deficiency,compared with the clinical efficacy of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops alone,compare the symptoms and observation indicators of Chinese medicine before and after treatment with the data A new method to sort out and explore traditional Chinese medicine for treating dry eyes with liver stagnation and yin deficiencyMethods:Sixty(120 eyes)patients with liver stagnation and yin deficiency were divided into treatment group(60 eyes)and control group(60 eyes)by randomization.The control group was given polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in both eyes,and the treatment group was given Shugan Mingmu Decoction plus and minus granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment group was given a course of 14 days,and the total course of treatment was 4 weeks.The amount of corneal fluorescein staining and tear film rupture time,and analyze the observation indicators and total efficacyResults:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.2%and 71%,respectively.The comparison of the total curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment of Shuganmingmu Decoction combined with artificial tears,the TCM symptom score and various indicators were improved compared with before treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment with the polyvinyl alcohol eye drops group,the TCM symptom score and various indicators improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Shuganmingmu Decoction combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops treatment and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops alone have certain effects in treating dry eyes with liver stagnation and yin deficiency,and the treatment group can improve the dryness and astringency of patients' eyes.A series of symptoms such as light,non-permanent vision,dry mouth and bitter mouth,as well as prolonged tear film rupture time,and reduced corneal staining were better than the control group.
