combined with intraocular lens implantation is one of the main contemporary surgical methods.In the past ten years,the level of medical treatment has gradually improved,and the complications after cataract surgery have become less and less.However,neither more mature medical technology nor more advanced medical equipment can completely eliminate the inflammation of the anterior segment after cataract surgery.reaction.Contemporary research shows that the main drugs for controlling the inflammation of the anterior chamber of the eye after cataract surgery are glucocorticoid drugs and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,but long-term use of these drugs can cause a certain degree of side effects.Many studies have shown that the use of hormones combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat inflammation of the anterior segment after cataract surgery has a significant effect.The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Chuyi Mingmu Decoction on inflammation of the anterior segment after cataract surgery.Methods70 patients who were diagnosed with senile cataract from January 2019 to January 2020 at the ophthalmology clinic of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation(PHACO+IOL)Cases,and using the randomized control method,randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group:From the first day after the operation,the patients were given oral Chuyimingmuyin granules plus or minus,two times a day,one dose at a time,combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops for anti-inflammatory treatment of the anterior segment.Control group:only tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops were given for anti-inflammatory treatment of anterior segment.Two weeks of traditional Chinese medicine granules is a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses.6 weeks of eye drops is a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Record the anterior segment inflammation score,best corrected visual acuity and central corneal thickness before and after treatment,and observe whether it is statistically significant.The observation time points were preoperatively,the first day after the operation,the third day,the seventh day,and the fourteenth day after the operation.ResultsThe number of effective cases in this study was 61(61 eyes),including 31 cases(31 eyes)in the experimental group and 30 cases(30 eyes)in the control group.According to the statistical analysis of SPSS26.0 software,the baseline conditions of the two groups were good.High comparability between groups.1.After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of postoperative anterior segment inflammation in the test group was 90.3%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 83.3%.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The group is better than the control group.2.The anterior segment inflammation scores of the two groups were reduced on the 3rd,7th,and 14th days after the medication compared with those before the medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the trend of change was the same,showing that the two groups The internal treatments were statistically significant.3.The anterior segment inflammation scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were compared on the 3rd day and the 7th day after the operation.It was found that the difference in the inflammation scores of the anterior segment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the total score of inflammation in the anterior segment and the score of retrocorneal deposits in the test group were better than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Other symptoms and signs of inflammation score in the test group There was no statistical difference between it and the control group(p>0.05).4.The central corneal thickness(CCT)of the experimental group and the control group gradually decreased with time after the operation.The first day after the operation and the 14th day after the operation were performed in the experimental group and the control group respectively.Compared with the internal CCT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd day after the operation and the 7th day after the operation,the CCT between the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CCT between the two groups on the 14th day after operation(P>0.05).5.The best corrected visual acuity before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group gradually improved with time,and the visual acuity of the experimental group and the control group on the 1 st day after the operation and the 14th day after the operation were different within the group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the test group was compared with that of the control group on the 7th day after the operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups were on the 3rd day after the operation and the 14th day after the operation.There was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions1.The self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription Chuyi Mingmu Decoction combined with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops is effective for the inflammation of the anterior segment after cataract surgery,and its effective rate is higher than that of the control group using tobramycin dexamethasone drops alone Eye drops treatment,especially in the improvement of post-corneal deposits,has a very good effect,and it is worthy of further study.2.Chuyi Mingmu Decoction may accelerate the recovery of central corneal thickness and vision after cataract surgery,and further experimental studies are needed to prove it. |
