| Objective: To Comparative studies of the renal function, pulmonary function and the recoverer after operation in the olds underwent coronary artery bypass grafting on-pump and off-pump bypass. Methods Divide 61 patients aged more than 60 years into two groups, including 28 without cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)(OPCAB) and 33 with CPB(CCABG).The outcomes were compared between two groups.Result: According to the outcomes of CREA and BUN in D0 D1 D3 D5 D7 D9,after operation. two groups had no satatistically significant difference (P>0.05).Average mechanical ventilation was 14.67±14.40(h)for OPCAB group versus 41.03±61.09(h)for on-pump CABG group( P<0.05);Average ICU stay was 77.54±46.44(h)for OPCAB group versus 124.21±82.91(h)for on-pump CABG group( P<0.05);The mean hospital stay was 13.89±7.86 (d) versus 14.91±8.18 (d)(P>0.05); As the volume of losing blood in the first day after operation.OPCAB was 478.25±176.48ml,and CABG was 562.57±376.92ml(P>0.05); There were no difference in RBC,plasma and total liquid transfusion between two group(P>0.05);OPCAB group has lower percent of complication than CABG group. Conclusion Compare to CCABG, the olds underwent OPCAB recover more quickly in the early days after operation, and OPCAB is as safe and effective as CCABG for the olds. |
