Chronic Erosive Gastritis(CEG)is a common clinical chronic gastric disease.More than half of chronic gastritis is erosive gastritis and has a high tendency of carcinogenesis. At present, the diagnosis of erosive gastritis should be combined with gastroscopy and pathological examination of gastric mucosa. The treatment of CEG by western medicine mainly starts with the improvement of digestive tract symptoms, and relieves the clinical symptoms by anti-HP(Hp)infection,protecting gastric mucosa and promoting gastric motility, which has the characteristics of quick effect but easy recurrence. In traditional Chinese medicine, this disease belongs to the categories of "pi man" and "stomachache".The records of related diseases in ?Huangdi Nei Jing? in Qin Han dynastie showed that traditional Chinese medicine therapy was effective in the treatment of the disease and could prevent the further transmission and change of the disease. The method of "Opposite but complementary" has been renewed for a long time, and it has been reflected as early as in the ?Shang Han Lun?.Professor Bai Shugang based on the academic ideas such as Banxia Xiexin decoction,Zhang Yuansu's ?Medical Slam?,such as the combination of cold and heat of Zhi Zhu Pill, the consideration of deficiency and reality, and so on.Combined with Professor Li Yuqi's theory of "treating carbuncle with carbuncle" and Professor Zhou Xuewen's theory of "toxic and heat",this paper holds that the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases focuses on "whole" and "balance" and introduces the concept of physics "dimension" into traditional Chinese medicine. This paper analyzes the pathogenesis of the disease from four dimensions, and holds that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is deficiency and reality, cold and heat, improper moistening and dryness, and loss of division, that is,the root cause of spleen and stomach loss is neutralization.Professor Bai has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years, combining clinical experience with previous academic viewpoints and analyzing it deeply. It is considered that the treatment of this disease should adopt the method of opposite and complementary, from the combination of elimination and supplement, warm and cold mutual use, moisturizing dryness and advancing at the same time.Leveling up reduced turbid fourangles to discuss the cure root disease. This paper is a summary of Professor Bai's academic experience in the treatment of CEG by the method of "opposite but complementary",and it is also a brief overview of the etiological and pathogenesis of the disease from many angles and the differentiation and treatment of the machine. In the process of CEG treatment, the common diseases of spleen and stomach were treated with elimination and supplement, combined with the imbalance of cold and heat?yin and yang, the disorder of body liquid delivery and distribution, the disorder of qi rise and fall, and so on.The machine changes put forward the treatment methods of Wenqing mutual use, moistening dryness and improving turbid water, and listed many pairs of clinical commonly used drug combinations which were compatible with the method of "opposite formation".On the basis of basic treatment and common combination of compatibility, the basic prescription was drawn up,and the clinical symptoms were added or subtracted with the change of pathogenesis. At the end of the article, the examples of typical cases show how to apply this compatibility method to clinic and to adjust the implementation of drugs according to the four pairs of pathogenesis changes mentioned above.
