Analysis Of The Death Time Of 129 Patients With Lung Malignant Tumors

Purpose:The aim of this study was to summarize the regularity of death time of inpatients with lung malignant tumor.Material and method:Patients who died in the oncology department of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine between July 2016 and June2018 were collected for a retrospective study.The data of death time of patients were standardized and transformed by the heavenly stem,earthly branches and solar terms according to traditional Chinese lunar calendar,and the number of cases and frequency were counted by Microsoft Excel software.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the circular distribution of data obtained by Microsoft Excel.Results:1.In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 129 cases of lung malignant tumor deaths were selected,including 78 males and 51 females with a ratio of1.53:1.The dead ranged from 32 to 92 years old,with an average of 69.43 years old.2.The death time of 129 patients showed a tendency of "noon"(P<0.05).By analyzing the male and female separately,male patients showed a tendency of "afternoon" and female patients showed no that tendency(P>0.05).3.129 dead patients showed no central tendency in the heavenly stem and earthly branches(P>0.05).4.There was no central tendency of 129 death in months(P>0.05).5.There was no central tendency of 129 death in solar terms(P>0.05).The seasonal death frequency of all patients concentrated in the "summer" season(P<0.05).By analyzing the male and female separately,however,the male showed a“summer”tendency and the female showed no that(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The time of death of patients with advanced lung malignant tumor tended to be concentrated in "noon" and "summer".2.Advanced or terminal pulmonary malignant tumor is closely related to the category of "lungdisease" expounded in Huangdi's internal classic.
