meridians and collaterals,the theory of etiology and the theory of pathogenesis are closely related to orthopedics and traumatology,and it is advocated to be understood and interpreted from a holistic view.This study in Internal Classic of Huang Di about orthopedics the physique theory and related medical terminology as a starting point,parsing from orthopedics theory,the term for the research and application,the bones and muscles anatomical,physiological characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment and health rehabilitation theory system is discussed.This the method of inside and outside and evidence-based medicine,not only emphasis on local symptoms.3.The treatment of muscle and bone diseases is mainly based on external treatment,which is fully reflected in Internal Classic of Huang Di.Although the description of the types and operation methods of external treatment in Internal Classic of Huang Di is relatively superficial,it provides an important theoretical basis for the development of bone setting techniques and the application of surgical operations in later generations.At the same time,Internal Classic of Huang Di attaches great accurate.It should be "bone erosion and destruction lesions such as suppurative osteomyelitis,bone tuberculosis and bone tumor".The term "Condyle","Chinese Medicine Dictionary" included the "humerus head" meaning,but "Neijing Dictionary" is not included,but the meaning is not accurate;The term "bone joint" is included in Dictionary of Neijing,but not in Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In Chinese big dictionary there is no " muscles ","channels","membrane","jin Bi","jin slip","jin longitudinal","small jin","wei jin","abdominal muscle" and "neck muscle","jin","delayed muscle" and "natural reinforcement" terms.There are no terms such as "jin ji","jin bi" and "jin zhi" in "dictionary of the inner classics".
