Research On Contracted Services Of Family Doctors In Chongqing Based On The Framework Of System Analysis And Development

In recent years,China's population aging trend is grim,the new health care reform is carried out,and the residents' attention to their own health problems is constantly strengthened.In this context,the traditional hospital operation mode gradually exposes more and more shortcomings.Seeing the increase of patient population and the shortage of medical resources has become an urgent problem to be solved,then how should we solve the above problems,developed countries? And countries with advanced medical systems have many experiences.After many analyses,family doctors have decided to sign services.Family doctor is a kind of doctor who can serve a part of people on a daily basis.These people sign contracts with doctors so that they can give timely treatment or tailor-made care plan when they have non-fatal and serious diseases.This solution not only alleviates the burden of the hospital,but also alleviates the patient's pain and relieves the patient's economic pressure.Although the family doctor model has many advantages,there are still some difficulties in its large-scale application.Specifically,the main reasons are: the implementation of relevant policies is not in place,people's ideas are limited,medical services are not comprehensive,the enthusiasm of patients and doctors is not high.At present,there is no unified and reliable form.The development of this model in Chongqing is also affected by this.This article uses the system analysis and development framework to analyze it,so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems encountered in the implementation of family doctor contract service in Chongqing.Because the family doctor contract model has not been launched for a long time,Chongqing's research in this area is relatively small,but in terms of the scale of Chongqing,the promotion scope of this model is still very low compared with the level of the same city.As a large city with a population of tens of millions,there are still many constraints when residents see a doctor.The residents' poor experience in seeing a doctor will naturally affect the overall development of Chongqing.? By collecting relevant data and data,this paper analyses the problems existing in the contract mode of family doctors in Chongqing,puts forward corresponding solutions,vigorously promotes the above-mentioned mode,and improves the problem of difficult medical treatment for residents in Chongqing.The data collected in this paper come from Beibei District,and take this area as anexample to study.Specific collection methods include: distribution of questionnaires,face-to-face communication,computer software analysis and so on.Through these data,the problems existing in the family doctor model in Beibei District are summarized,and corresponding solutions are put forward,so as to enable Beibei residents to get better family doctor service and promote it.Further promotion of this model.The content of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this study,literature review,the methods used in the writing of the article,the difficulties and possible innovations.The second chapter is about the conceptual interpretation and theoretical tools.The historical foundation and theoretical connotation of institutional analysis and development framework are elaborated in detail.Chapter three is the theoretical analysis of contract service and IAD framework for family doctors in Chongqing.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of family doctor contracting services,including stage analysis,action situation analysis,actor analysis and IAD framework exogenous variables analysis.The fifth chapter is about the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the contract service of family doctors in Chongqing.Chapter 6: Research conclusions and prospects.The main conclusions of this paper include: First,the family doctor contract mode pays more attention to the surface situation,and pays less attention to the actual service quality after the contract.The main problems are that the medical service of doctors is not comprehensive,the number of people involved in the contract is not large,which makes the burden of family doctor heavier and the quality of family doctor naturally declines.In addition,residents do not attach enough importance to and trust in this mode.The contract renewal also depends on mood,which is easily influenced by external factors.Secondly,we should take various measures to solve these problems.For example,by training more doctors to participate in the family doctor model in cooperation with universities,hospitals or other institutions,we should improve the treatment of doctors' welfare policy,publicize more in places where residents gather,arouse residents' attention,set up family health insurance model,link it with family doctor service,and guide residents to participate in it.
