Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and scalpel combined with non-operative spinal localization decompression and standardized functional exercise in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.Material and method : A total of 60 patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis in our department from October 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomized into the control group.30 patients in the experimental group received acupotomized release of multiple cleft muscles(1 time /week,a total of 2 times)+ non-surgical spinal localization and decompression(1 time /d)+ standardized functional exercise(1 time /d).Control group 30 cases, filiform needle acupuncture(1 / d)+ traditional lumbar traction(1 / d)+ conventional functional exercise(1 / d),(14 d)after one course of treatment, observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical curative effect, compared two groups of patients JOA,VAS score, lumbar olisthe reset index, assess the patient's quality of life index. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in JOA score between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the JOA score in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the improvement of symptoms in the experimental group, such as low back pain, sensory motor disturbance, and daily activity disturbance, was better than that in the control group.Compared with the control group, the changes of JOA score before and after treatment were significant in the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, the improvement rate of non-poor patients in the experimental group was 93.33%,significantly higher than the control group by 70%,and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of patients' VAS scores between the two groups showed no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the data of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.05).The patients in the experimental group showed significantly lower symptoms of waist pain, and the sleep loss caused by waist pain was better improved, and the treatment effect was better than that of the control group. From the perspective of self-comparison,VAS scores of patients in each group were different before and after treatment(P < 0.05).4.After treatment, the reduction index of lumbar spondylolisthesis in the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05).The reduction index of lumbar spondylolisthesis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the reduction degree of the experimental group was better than that in the control group.5.After treatment, the scores of all dimensions of sf-36 life quality assessment in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupotomized release of multifissions combined with non-operative localized spinal decompression and standardized functional exercise can significantly improve DLS patients' JOA score, lumbar spine mobility and lumbar function. It can significantly reduce the VAS score of DLS patients, relieve their waist pain, improve sleep and improve their quality of life.It can promote the reduction of spondylolisthesis in patients, significantly improve the physiological function, energy, social function, emotional function and other functions of patients, and improve the quality of life of DLS patients, with better efficacy than the control group.2.Acupotomy combined with non-operative localized spinal decompression and standardized functional exercise for the early treatment of DLS is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
