Objective:Explore the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic decompression in treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis combined with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:38 cases of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis combined with lumbar spinal stenosis suffered with low back pain or/and mono leg pain were reviewed retro-spectively from February 2012 to March 2016.They were selected randomly. There were 18 males and 20 females aged from 50 to 86(average 63.2).Of the total 2 ve-rtebraes,21 cases were L4? 5,10 cases were L5? S1,7cases were L3? 4.The course ranged from 6 m to 4y(averge26.8m).Patients agreed to be treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic decompression and take X-ray,CT and MRI examinations preoperotively. The VAS score and the ODI score were evaluatet the clinical effect of those patients in preoperation,3 days postoperatively,3 months postoperatively,6 months postoperatively and 1years postoperatively. Results:Patients with therapeutic effect evaluation standard,of curative effect judgment according to the Mac Nab,16 cases,19 cases, and 1 case,2 cases, general surgery was 92.11%.After operation 3 days,3 months,6 months and 1 year,VAS scores and ODI scores were significantly lower than preoperation. So the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of grasping and controlling the operation indications strictly, using percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic decompression to treat mild de generative lumbar spondylisthesis with lumbar spinal stenosis is an effective and safe way of minimally invasive surgery. It can be applied in clinical therapy because of a small incision, short operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, shorter hospitalization time, fewer complications, small trauma and quick postoperative recovery. |
