| Purpose:Based on network Meta-analysis(NMA),the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine injections in combination with conventional basic chemotherapy(FOLFOX,XELOX,FOLFIRI)in the treatment of colorectal cancer were comprehensively analyzed,aming at helping Western medicine clinicians establish a systematic and reasonable thinking system for the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Material and method:A comprehensive and systematic search of Chinese and English databases at home and abroad was conducted and included in relevant clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs).The quality of the included literature should be assessed by biased risk assessment tools and standards.Statistical analysis was performed using the NMA software WinBUGS 1.4.3.At the same time,Stata software was used to visualize the results of the analysis,draw the network diagram,probability sorting diagram of area under curve,funnel diagram,etc.,to predict the ranking of efficacy and safety of different traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with chemotherapyResults:1.Results of reticular meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with FOLFOX regimen for colorectal cancer(1)A total of 69 RCTs were included in the study of total clinical effective rate,and there were 12 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections.The results of network meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between Brucea javanica oil emulsion,Aidi,Kangai,compound Kushen,Shenqifuzheng combined with FOLFOX regimen and FOLFOX regimen alone.The top three rankings of traditional Chinese medicine injections were compound Kushen,Huachansu and Brucea oil emulsion injuection;(2)For the study of quality of life,42 RCTs were include,and 11kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were included.The results of netwok meta-analysis showed that the difference between lentinan,Aidi,Xiaoaiping,Kangai,Fufang Kushen,Shenqi Fuzheng,ginseng ginseng polysaccharide combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone was statistically significant.The first three are:Huachansu,Xiaoaiping,Kangai injection;(3)on the prevention and treatment of neurotoxicity,a total of 29 RCTs,a total of 10 kinds of Chinese medicine injections.The results of reticular meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between Huangqi,Aidi,and compound Kushen combined with chemotherapy.The top three rankings of traditional Chinese medicine injections were:Huangqi,Xiaoaiping,and Lentinan injection.(4)A total of 50 RCTs were included in the study on the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting.There were 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections.The results of mesh meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between Brucea javanica oil emulsion,lentinan,Aidi,Kangai,Fufang Kushen,Shenmai,Shenqi Fuzheng combined chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone.The three are:lentinan,compound Kushen,Shenmai injection2.Network meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with XELOX regimen for colorectal cancer(1)For the study of clinical total effective rate,a total of 13 RCTs were included,and a total of 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were included.The results of reticular meta-analysis showed that the difference between lentinan,Aidi,Xiaoaiping,Shenqi Fuzheng combined with XELOX chemotherapy and XELOX regimen was statistically significant.The top three rankings of traditional Chinese medicine injections were:Kanglaite,Eddie,Xiaoaiping injection;(2)For the study of quality of life,a total of 8 RCTs were included,and a total of 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were included.The results of mesh meta-analysis showed that the difference between lentinan,Aidi,Xiaoaiping,Kangai,Kangai,Shenqi Fuzheng combined chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone was statistically significant.The top three rankings of the five traditional Chinese medicine injections were:Kang Ai,Shen Qi Fu Zheng,Eddie;(3)For the study of neurotoxicity prevention,a total of 6 RCTs were included,and a total of 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were included.The results of the mesh meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy and the simple regimen.The top three rankings of traditional Chinese medicine injections were:Lentinus edodes polysaccharide,Xiaoaipingping,Shenqi Fuzheng;(4)For the research on prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting,11 RCTs were included,and there were 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections.The results of reticular meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between Kangai injection,Shenqi Fuzheng combined chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone.According to the ranking nuclear density results of the outcome index,the relative order of 7 Chinese medicine injections was:Shenqi Fuzheng,Kang Ai,Eddie3.Network meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with FOLFIRI abdominal pain and diarrhea,a total of 6 RCTs were included,of which 4 were traditional Chinese medicine injections.The results of the mesh meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the compound Kushen injection+FOLFIRI and FOLFIRI.The relative order of the four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections was:compound Sophora flavescens,Eddie,Kangai.(4)For the research on prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting,a total of 10 RCTs were included,and a total of 3 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were included.The results of reticular meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between Aidi,Kangai and Fufang Kushen combined with chemotherapy.The relative order of the three Chinese medicine injections was Kangai,Fufang Kushen and Aidi InjectionConclusion:1 Compared with chemotherapy alone,traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with chemotherapy can enhance the efficacy;2 Oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy regimen,combined with Astragalus injection,a probiotic-influencing injection may be superior in controlling peripheral neurotoxicity;3 The irinotecan-based chemotherapy regimen,combined with the compound Kushen injection,which has the effect of clearing away heat and dampness,may be more advantageous in preventing and treating diarrhea
