Meta-analysis Of Efficacy And Safety Of Aidi Injection Combined With FOLFIRI Programme In The Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective:Colorectal cancer is a common tumor in the digestive tract,FOLFIRI is one of the major chemotherapy regimens for advanced colorectal cancer.Aidi injection qingrejiedu,xiaoyu sanjie,often used in rectal cancer.With the development of randomized controlled trials,Many literatures have been published on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer by aidi injection combined with FOLFIRI regimen,Meta analysis was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of aidi injection combined with FOLFIRI in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,the relevant data obtained can guide clinical medication.Methods:Identify Chinese and English search terms,computer retrieval of CNKI,wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase.The retrieval time of wip is from the database building to February 1,2019.Develop strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,A lot of randomized controlled trials of aidi injection combined with FOLFIRI in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer were included.Methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the Cochrane system evaluator’s manual,two researchers were asked to collectively summarize the data and information of this project,during the collection and integration,the two researchers only need to sort and screen respectively,finally,all the resources of the two personnel were summarized and integrated,in this process,if there is a certain conflict or contradiction between the two parties’integrated information,let a third party evaluate.RevMan 5.3 was supported by the Cochrane collaboration.To bring relevant data into it,relative risk(RR)was selected as the index of dichotomous variables,Continuous variables are measured by mean difference(MD),95%confidence interval(95%CI)was calculated.Use I~2 to determine heterogeneity.When P<0.1,I~2>50%,identify as many sources of heterogeneity as possible,the random effects model was used to test.P>0.1,I~2<50%,The fixed effect model was used for Meta analysis.Results:230 literatures were initially detected,after screening,192 pieces of valid data were obtained,by reading the title and abstract of the literature,174 obviously irrelevant literatures were screened out,a total of 18 clinical studies on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer by aidi injection combined with chemotherapy were collected,further reading the full text,nine non-folfiri chemotherapy regimens were excluded,and 1 had no relevant outcome indicators.Finally,a total of 653 patients were included in8 articles.Meta analysis results show that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the FOLFIRI group and the control group(RR=1.16,95%CI:0.96~1.41,P=0.12),the difference in disease control rates was statistically significant(RR=1.14,95%CI:1.02~1.28,P=0.02),the difference in quality of life improvement was statistically significant(MD=2.05,95%CI:6.95-11.22,P<0.00001),the difference in gastrointestinal reactions was statistically significant(RR=0.65,95%CI:0.52~0.83,P=0.0004),the difference of delayed diarrhea was statistically significant(RR=0.42,95%CI:0.24~0.75,P=0.003),the difference of leukopenia was statistically significant(RR=0.62,95%CI:0.50~0.77,P<0.0001).Conclusions:Aidi injection combined with FOLFIRI can improve the disease control rate of advanced colorectal cancer,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs(gastrointestinal reaction,delayed diarrhea,leukopenia).
