Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Cold And Hot Water Immersion Rehabilitation Method Combined With Ten-xuan Bloodletting In The Treatment Of Finger Contracture After Stroke

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of cold and hot water alternating immersion and blood letting at Shixuan points on finger spasm after stroke,so as to better apply it to clinical practice in the future,and provide new treatment ideas for overcoming the problem of limb hemiplegia after stroke.Material and method:Sixty-four patients with the problem of limb hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups according to the inclusion criteria.According to the patients' basic diseases and the results of rehabilitation evaluation of hemiplegic limbs,the patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while the patients in the treatment group,in addition to routine treatment,were given alternate immersion of cold and hot water combined with Shixuan points bleeding therapy.Treat every two days,three times a week,a total of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the two groups were assessed with the relevant evaluation scale for hand function,and statistical software was used to calculate and analyze the efficacy.Results: 1.Using statistical software to calculate and analyze,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scale finger item score: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P > 0.05),the two groups were comparable;after treatment,the two groups scored statistical results showed P < 0.05,indicating that there was statistical significance.Using cold and hot water alternate immersion combined with Shixuan points bleeding treatment,the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,which showed that the treatment group had better effect.2.Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)and Brunnstrom Motor Function Scale showed: By counting and analyzing the change of finger spasm grade and the percentage of curative effect,the statistical results show that the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Both groups can effectively reduce the finger motor function of patients after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.After treatment,both the control group and the treatment group can effectively improve the finger movement of stroke patients and relieve the degree of spasm,and there are no obvious adverse reactions in both groups after treatment.Conclusion: 1.The routine treatment and combined with cold and hot water immersion rehabilitation method and Shixuan points bloodletting therapy both can improve the hand motor function of patients with finger spasm after stroke.2.Routine treatment plus cold and hot water immersion rehabilitation combined with Shixuan points bloodletting is superior to routine treatment in overall curative effect.3.Cold and hot water alternating immersion combined with Shixuan points bleeding therapy can effectively improve the degree of finger spasm in stroke hemiplegic patients,and the combined therapy also has the characteristics of low cost,simple operation.
