Clinical Observation On Treating Children's Repeated Respiratory Tract Infections By Xiaoshiji And Qingganhuo

Purpose:Professor Zhao Lijun used the theory of elimination of food and clearing liver fire to clinically observe and analyze Professor Zhao Lijun’s experience in treatin-g syndromes of repeated respiratory tract infections in children,and provided new ide a-s for clinical diagnosis and treatment of repeated respiratory infections in children.Material and method:60 cases of fugan infants who met the diagnostic criteria were selected as the research objects in the outpatient department of professor zhao lij-un from November 2017 to November 2018.All patients took oral Chinese medicine for 1 month and were followed up for 3 months.Chi-square test and rank sum test were used to analyze the data.To summarize professor zhao lijun’s dialectical thinking and treatment experience of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Results:1.There were 60 cases of complicated infants,including 31 cases of boys and 29 cas-es of girls,among which the incidence rate was highest among children aged 3 years< age ≤7 years old(pre-school age),accounting for 75% of the total number.The syndrome types were mainly false and true inclusion,accounting for 66.67%.Concurrent-ly the milk feeds the internal accumulation card to occupy 43.33%,concurrently the l-iver depression fire flourishing card to occupy 23.33%.2.Comparison of common symptoms and signs before and after diagnosis and treatme-nt of children with internal accumulation syndrome accompanied by milk and food;there were extremely significant differences in the symptoms and signs before and after treatment,such as na stay,abdominal distension,abnormal stool,white greasy tongue coating,and pulse condition(P < 0.01),while there were significant differences in th-e other symptoms and signs(P < 0.05).The reduction rate of syndrome integral with internal accumulation of milk and food was equal to 86.67%≥60%,< 90%,indicating obvious therapeutic effect.3.Comparison of common symptoms and signs before and after treatment with liver depression,fire and flourishing syndrome and revulsion syndrome: there were significa-nt differences in impatience,irritability,facial redness,thirst,tongue quality and pulse condition(P < 0.01)before and after treatment,and significant differences in other s-ymptoms and signs(P < 0.05).Reduction rate of syndrome integral with liver depressi-on,fire and flourishing syndrome =74.24%≥60%,< 90%,indicating obvious therapeu-tic effect.4.Patients were followed up for 3 months after the standard and systematic TCM treatment,and the incidence,course and types of diseases were significantly improved.5.Efficacy evaluation results: after follow-up for 3 months,the significant efficiency a-nd effective rate were calculated as 35.00% and 55.00%,respectively.The apparent eff-iciency and effective rate of 40 patients with complex sensory syndrome were 32.50% and 57.50%,respectively.6.In terms of treatment,dialectical treatment was conducted according to the evolution law of the rise and fall of pathogenic factors,divided into stages of treatment,and the use of both symptoms and root causes to pay attention to milk and food internal accumulation,liver depression and fire boom theory for the treatment of children’s rep-eated respiratory tract infection,with considerable clinical effect.Conclusion:1.Through the analysis of the collected data,it can be seen that the syndrome of rep-eated respiratory tract infection in children is mainly mixed with deficiency and exces-s.2.Based on the theory of deficiency and fact,legislative treatment from milk and foo-d,liver depression and fire,can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of children with repeated respiratory tract infection,and can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of children with multiple feelings,reduce the incidence frequency,shorten the c-ourse of disease,and reduce the incidence of diseases.
